Breakfast was good. Just wanted waffles and ice cream for the kids

Pick up points for Uber drivers as we needed to cross the street for our Uber's with the kids at night. It poses a safety risk

Loved the ambiance and atmosphere, the view of Table Mountain from the room was breathtaking and the staff were very courteous and provided excellent customer service (Also the breakfast buffet offered a lot of good options and I loved the free shuttle to waterfront!!).

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy at all times. The breakfast and food ordered were very tasty. A wide variety at breakfast time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great relaxing time at the spa. We look forward to come again soon.

The only small issue we had was with the fitness center, where the equipments were not working.

The breakfast was amazing, bedroom and beds were comfortable and spacious considering we were 3 people. When we called for maintenance it was generally prompt and the concerns were all sorted out.

The bathrooms need a serious upgrade, they are old and even moldy in some area's. We had to call for maintenance due to inadequate toilet flushing and bad water pressure.

Honestly, I don’t like in the middle of city , but easy to access around , But the service and staff is outstanding excellent, of southern sun cap sun ,

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also exceptional.

The property could use updating. It's clean but a bit outdated. No smart TV, bathrooms need sprucing.

It was a great hotel in a good location, Extremely value for money, the breakfast was varied and sumptuous. Special thanks to Kashish, Middle Name "Anil - the problem solver" and Brandon at the lobby reception, extremely caring, polite and helpful staff. Thanks to them for the exemplary service.

The bath fittings seem to be very old, though working properly but hotel of such stature should now have modern fittings.

I asked for smoking and it was fine last night but this morning the fire alarm went off.

The accommodation is old and outdated. The bed has a dent in it, which shows the age and over use. The shower leaks and the shower is designed for short people. Showering was extremely uncomfortable. The area is not safe either.
