The lady that was working at the front desk, also served drinks, helped at dinner and was always so busy! She was friendly, helpful and was really working SO much and so hard to ensure everyone was taken care of. She was the best part of the visit!

The hotel could use updating. It was a safe place, but could benefit from some fresh paint.

Easy to find,close to stores and restaurants.

The noise at 6:30am in the hallway, they had a sign to be quiet but I guess no one could read!

Very simple but decent room. Bathroom is small but sufficient. Towels are available. Everything is quite clean. There is a small window and a curtain to keep out the light in the morning.

There was nothing I didn't particularly like. Perhaps the 3 worst things were that the staff didn't speak much English, that the location of the hotel is not particularly good, and that the rooms are very simple and look a bit shabby.

The staff were very unprofessional They failed to leave the keys for us, we drove 4hr and waited for another 1 hour outside just to drive back without getting into the room

Basic but good for an overnight stay. Great location as not too much of a diversion off the motorway if you are crossing France. Rear view rooms offer a lovely view across French countryside, front rooms probably not so good.Breakfast really good and worth the money.

Our rooms were quite small.

V well located off A4 & good stop between Calais & Austria with intersting historic city for dinner by the river port. Extremely good value for a simple en suite room & a decent breakfast. V comfortable bed. Even a nice view & lots of parking.

For the price, nothing.

The pictures of accomadation make it look lovely and thats as far as it goesWhen it is dated.

The room was very small, the bed hard and the tiny bathroom had holes in the bath/showerIt looked old/grubby and in desparate need of an update. No shower/shampoo or soap Would not recommend when the are other hotel just up the road

Good room. Clean, good garden, and safe parking place! I like this hotel. I will recomend my frends cheap and good. I not expect that!

Lack of kettle

The staff is friendly and the Hotel was probably renovated not long ago.

Our shower was broken. Luckily we were in group and used the shower of our neighbors room.

Lovely location just outside Verdun. Fabulous breakfast. Helpful staff. Super vfm.

Stop over heading to Switzerland, room ok, bed comfortable, very basic but fine for just a overnight stay

The Women who checked us in could not speak English at all, but we managed to muddle through, nothing open restaurant or bar, when we checked out following day at 7.15 the reception was closed, should have been open from 7am, so had to leave our room key on a side table in foyer

Lovely staff, had a lovely fixed menu evening meal without having to book. Plenty of variety at breakfast which was very tasty. Nice views over the valley from the rear.

Long but doable walk into town, better to use a taxi.

Room was modest but clean, as well as being good value for money. The bed was very comfortable, which I much appreciated, as I had driven ca. 10 hours on that day.The receptionist was very helpful in giving me suggestions where to eat nearby, as the hotel restaurant was not open on the day of my arrival, Sunday.The autoroute is easily accessible from the hotel.

Breakfast. Fresh coffee or tea would have been preferable to the coffee maschines which you find everywhere now, but which I dislike. However, given the room was very good value money, this is insignificant.

I was there for two nights and both breakfasts were very limited by the time I arrived. It was not replenished.

Proximity to food and WW1 battle sites.

Check in was difficult since English was not known at all. Couldn't open the window because there were some really large spiders were right outside. Hallway smelled like smoke, luckily room didn't. Just kind of sketchy all around.

Nothing. The accommodation is poor. The dining experience is dreadful.

A hotel for local homeless best describes this place. Noisy people, barking dogs and non engaging staff.
