Room was spacious and comfortable for the most part. Location was on the beach with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.

Staff that checked us in was not friendly and was almost rude since we had never stayed here before. No information on pool hours or locations of ice machines were given. No information on the hotel at all was shared.

We stayed in the motel part. The staff is very friendly. The indoor and outdoor pools were great and well taken care of. The location away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything is good. Spacious balcony. Kitchenette was decent. Overall though, I wouldn’t stay in the motel part again. However, I’ve stayed in the condo building before and it is absolutely beautiful, clean, updated, and well worth every extra penny you pay for it.

I’m not picky at all and usually have zero complaints and go with the flow, but it was hands down the WORST, most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I felt every single spring poking into my body. I was absolutely exhausted my whole trip from the sun, waves, and sand wearing me out during the day while also chasing my toddler around, and then being in pain all night not resting from how horrible the bed was. It was a nightmare. One morning, the fire alarm went off about six times for a few seconds at a time, and everybody on my floor kept coming out to see what was going on and we never got an explanation or knew if we needed to actually evacuate or not. The shower hadn’t been cleaned well previously, so there was a lot of sand and strands of hair from other people. There’s a large ashtray on the balcony, and it doesn’t get emptied, so every time the breeze blows, it smells like cigarette ashes are being dumped on your head and it’s very overwhelming. The carpet is very old and has a wet feeling to it when barefoot, so I purchased a pair of cheap flip flops to wear when I walked across the floor and threw them away when we checked out. I booked through Booking and was so exhausted that I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to find somewhere else to stay so we just dealt with it, but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again unless I booked a condo.

Our stay was excellent. The late evening check-in women had zero personalities but the gentleman was great. The bed was hard as a rock but they did give us extra pillows. Would have been nice to have a comfy chair or small couch but we made do. We were above the air conditioner units and a trash receptacle so at certain times it was noisy but still had a nice side ocean view. Day evening fireworks in the parking spots beneath our balcony. That was a guest being stupid. We loved the facility. Hot tub. Indoor/outdoor pool. Very clean except for things lazy/entitled guests did. Can't help that!

Glass containers allowed in pool area. Dog running around pool deck. People wearing hair weaves and shedding in pool. Smallest pool towels ever but clean and abundant.

Hotel and room was very outdated. Microwave stayed on unless the door was open. Shower did not have consistent water pressure and constantly changed from hot to cold several times during a shower. Tub was also severely stained and would not properly drain. Bathroom in general was not cleaned very well, left over hair from past guests. Sliding door on balcony was very sticky and hard to open/shut. Staff was overall not terrible, but not very welcoming and didnt serve with a smile.

This hotel was a great place to stay, in our opinion. The location for the beach was amazing, it was right there and getting down there every day was so easy and took no time at all. There were two pools to choose from, though we're ocean people and didn't partake, but the pool was always busy so it can be assumed it's a good one! The room was a very good size, we got one with a kitchen, and were SO pleased with it, especially because there was a large refrigerator and a whole stove. We stayed at another hotel before that claimed to have a kitchen, and it was a huge letdown, so this one was fantastic to have. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the cleaning staff were quick and efficient, and the overall location was great! You're pretty close to everything you'd need, we ordered food a few times and had no issue finding stuff to eat, and it was a short drive to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Myrtle Beach in the future!

Our main complaint about this hotel is definitely the WI-FI. It's not very good, unfortunately, but others did mention this so we had a bit of heads up, at least. Luckily unlimited data plans are a thing, and we definitely took advantage of ours while we stayed here. The internet cut out a lot, and even when it was stable it just wasn't very fast, I couldn't even watch YouTube on it. The second issue we had was the pillows, they were not very comfortable for us. However, that's definitely something that is different from person to person, and not everyone is going to have an issue with them, we did buy some cheap softer ones from Walmart our second day, though. There's only one other thing that we had a problem with during our stay, and that is that two of the burners on our stove didn't work. We weren't too upset about it, though, because we could get by with the other two just fine. These things were fairly minor to us, so they didn't ruin our vacation in the slightest, and the positives of this hotel still outweighed these issues.
