Pros +

  • There are two outstanding things about this hotel. ONe is location! It is perfect for visiting everything you might want to see in Brighton. Two, it is funky and cool. The room designs are unusual and interesting; not boxlike.
  • Location. The price we paid was fair even though the hotel did not meet expectations set by promotional images.
  • Great location, a lot of restaurants, bars and shops around. Loved the decor of the rooms. Room very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Would definately stay there again.

Cons -

  • Lack of parking (not much you can do about that).... A reasonably priced breakfast included in the room charge?
  • TV channels were poor. Only few available and image quality bad. Only one size pillows. Way too thick/high. Room quality not at 4 star level.
  • Bathroom was open and doors to shower and toilet see-through. Í like privacy when using the bathroom. Could possibly hang towels on door to use as a barrier.

Location. The price we paid was fair even though the hotel did not meet expectations set by promotional images.

the location is so good with lots of restaurants around, and also a grocery store. A very convenient public NCP parking building in 300 meters, also very convenient waling to the pier and other famous streets and royal pavilion.
