Pros +

The room was infested with roaches and ants, tried getting a room change ether front desk closes at 8 pm. Had to leave after the filthy linens on the bed. Left the room for a better hotel, tried getting a refund but the manager said no.
The staff, even maintenance I enjoyed and they were awesome, respectful and helpful.
Quiet place to go to get away. Many movie channels. Nice HOT water.

Cons -

Ease of highway access
The rooms were unclean, in Need of repair, and ambulance staff helped me identify what's called a bedbug. I'm horrified. My daughter has too many specialists and health problems, and they were discovered in the 2nd room we moved too! Staff helped
No ice machine No blow-dryer Only 1 bar of soap Only 2 pillows No shower caps

How it smelled of cigarette!! The rooms were not well maintained. As far as for service the manager did help us but after 7pm the front office closed and there was no one on staff on Sunday!!

The location is quite convenient.

The room can be cleaned better. I stay for multiple days, they should change the bath towel sets daily instead.

Location, access for early morning flight.

It smelled terrible- heavy cigarette smell covered by a perfume-like smell. I did not sleep at all and gave up at 4 am and left early. No mentioned was made a no-smoking option and I did not expect not to have an option.

Good cable tv, good location, good room minus dis-likes

toilet leaked, It was supposed to have dishes, but it did not, no sign / note about where I might get them. I tried to ask staff at 3 pm but gave up after 30 min wait. Wifi password was changed and I had to ask to find out. no coin machine for laundry.
