Older hotel with old world charm. The windows opened fully and was beautiful

There did not seem to be any air conditioning. There was no coffee in the room.

Room was clean, restaurant dry good public areas rather limited. Staff excellent

Location was nice and close to highway. All elements for a great experience were there, sadly no reach the goal!

We were not informed that there would be a wedding taking place on the day of arrival and that we could not eat in the restaurant (not inside, and not in the garden). We chose this hotel as an intermediate stop on our way back from Italy because of it’s location (close to highway) and lovely outside garden to spend our last evening with our co travelers. We were traveling with a baby, so we could not go elsewhere to eat. Only baby monitor distance basically. When we mentioned this, we were given the option of roomservice but no compensation whatsoever. With the wedding going on, we were not going to pay that much for food that we could not enjoy in the outside setting and that would probably not be the same quality due to the wedding getting priority. Room temperature was 29 degrees when we entered. We didn’t expect airco, but they could have at least opened the windows/closed the blinds prior to arrival. After all, we could only check in at 17:00. The contact lenses of a previous guest were still on the bathroom floor. The main room light did not work either. There was also a lot of noise from the wedding. Better communication or a reduced night rate/ some form of compensation could have avoided this bad experience.

Room was huge, comfortable with great amenities. The restaurant downstairs was incredible and was so convenient to walk downstairs for a glass of wine/dessert. The train is a 3 minute walk from the hotel so very convenient to get in and out of Stuttgart.

A bit on the expensive side, but it was great quality of the stay.

Nice room, very clean. Very gentle and kind staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good osteria downstairs.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Pizza was also delicious and the room was really big.

The walk in show got a fair bit of water in the whole bathroom.

Bad .

There was no hot water, so we could’nt take a shower.At telephone reception didn’t answer after 20 phone calls and so, the problem was not solved.The elevator was no working after 10 o”clock.The room has only one key and the employee dindn’t wont to give it to us.Very irresponsible service.

The food is very very good.

Room 15 Hot room, no airco, incredibly noisy street and active construction site on the square right across if you open the window. Room not like the pictures. There is no central light, so dark. Pretty old and has a smell. Holes in the curtains. Bathroom ok but light is broken and showerhead needs replacing. Would not stay again.

Unfortunately, the room hadn't been dusted for quite a while, especially the bathroom. The shower didn't work properly. It looked as if the room hadn't been used for quite a while

Quiet and lots of room! Bed was comfortable

Shower was tricky to use without flooding the room. Soap dispenser at the sink was empty when we arrived.

Great location. Restaurant open until 11pm. I contacted them to advise that I would be arriving late for check in and they assured me that the kitchen would wait for me. Great service and dinner. Large comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. 2 charging wall boxes for electric cars are available in front of the Hotel

The staff was nice and responsive

First, the location was so noisy…like a racetrack and a bad concert outside the window. Great, if one wants to keep the windows shut. Lots of traffic into the train station, the shopping center and quite a few people “hanging out” in the parking lot and the vacant lot across the street disrupting the peace. Plus a lot of truck traffic, even at night. Second, we had no secure internet reception in our rooms the two nights we stayed. Gmail, most browsers won’t load with the unsecured network they provided. Plus signal was weak, even if I could have logged on. Our rooftop balcony looked like an abandoned warehouse roof…one chair apparently for smokers with weeds all around and not finished or even at least browned.. We inquired ahead of time about breakfast (which was a steep 17.50 euro per person), but then told after arriving Friday night, it was not available on Saturday (staff illness…understand that, but think there would be a back up plan). There are good things…super large room, nice staff but for 125 euro per night, more attention to detail is expected.

The couch in the living room was full of hair. I don't know if the hair was human or animal. But it was disgusting.
