The floor did not get cleaned properly during our stay.

Turtle Soup Restaurant (part of hotel) was very good

Parking was tight. room was basic and not in great shape. Beds soft. Better be thin to get into my shower

I had a 2nd floor room that faced the ocean. Wonderful view. The housekeeping person with whom I communicated requesting an iron and hair dryer was very accommodating and polite.

Horrible parking situation. Ice machine was not functioning when I arrived with a cooler of food and since my room had no refrigerator I had to throw out a lot of the food. Unfortunately the restaurant oped too late for a breakfast meal.

The location was quiet. The accommodations were adequate with clean room, but it is obvious that it is old and needs an overhaul.

Although this cannot be changed, the Turtle Soup Restaurant hindered the ocean view from the room's balcony. The air conditioner was quite loud.

They never cleaned the room, dirty sheets, never changed, messy, , hair, took photos, showed them to manager, she said they will work with bookings. com for a refund, now they won’t return my phone calls, looks like a small claims case. More upset with management now Please contact

Great location, restaurant on property was excellent

Super over priced for what ultimately felt like a cheap beach motel. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, luggage holder was broken, marks on the ceiling- for the price I expected luxury, and what we got was just ok.

Room had 2 really small windows next to the kitchen, no mats cold and open area,beds were hard but clean front desk was uninviting also two woman were walking out after checking in complaining

Location and view from my room could not have been more convenient, more beautiful or more soul-settling. Whether it be a sunrise start to the day or a moonlit end to the day, it is safe and beautiful

Breakfasts were quite ordinary, and I would have appreciated a writing desk in the room. Other than that, I had no complaints and no concerns.

The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was a good location.

The restaurant lunches could have more fish and vegetarian entrees or sandwiches.

the beds were very small, even for full bed size my 6 foot plus son's feet were hanging off the end of the bed

They couldnt serve us lunch b/c they were preparing for dinner (at 1pm). The room wasnt ready at their check in time- we had to wait an additional hour

The property was very clean. The restaurant was very good. However, very noisy. The blackout shade was broken so we couldn’t stop light from getting in. You can easily hear the people in the upper level stomping around my fiancé could not sleep.
