Clarion Inn Sheffield Muscle Shoals

Hotel was very old and we were moved into a handicapped room. (We are not handicapped) The door lock was also broken and the walls had stains.

The cook was vaping while refilling the breakfast, Ice machine was broken, and we did have a roach scurry out of the new toilet paper roll.

Old dirty run down poorly staffed

Dirty. People dealing drugs. Couldn't get my room cleaned awhile we were at hotel. Nothing good about this hotel. We shouldn't never stay at this hotel and wouldn't recommend it.

I like that it had 2 doors. One for going outside.

The night staff was rude and he didn't look at my reservation. He gave me a room on the second floor. I had to tell him I reserved a room that was assembled on first floor. Then we had trouble with the TV and remote, he didn't won't to help.

Breakfast was nice, the room was clean.The staff were professional and very pleasant.

Chairs in room were dirty and I sprayed down with bed bug spray, the pool needs safer access into the pool

Despite having a banquet booked in the hotel, it was remarkably quiet.

The only problem was the room that we were assigned had not been cleaned. The front desk person escorted us to another room to make sure that it had been cleaned. Great service!!

Keycard did not work. Attitude of Charles at front desk when I stated my keycard did not work.The missing light bulbs from all the lamps in our room. TV connection I had to fix. Garbage in cans. Elevator was disgusting.

Front staff was very friendly. Hotel employee was very helpful upon checking in.

Description states hotel jad restaurant and bar on property. This was the reason we paid a little more and chose this hotel. Well, neither was operational during our stay and we were told it was not planned to open for three weeks.

Breakfast, Room ,Maid service ,Hotel needs Staff and a total over haul in cleaning and Breakfast food . Couldn't park where would be close to entrance for People going to the Bar .

It's very conveniently located close to anything you could need or want. I've stayed here 3 times now.

Room didn't have a fridge or microwave. Toilet wouldn't flush. But they moved us to a different room, which we had no issues with other than the water pressure in the shower.

Absolutely nothing

The hotel hallway and room smelled stale and musty. There was mold in the bathroom. The tub was chipped in the bottom. There were ants crawling on the bathroom sink. The inside of the toilet had black stains around the rim. Ironing board cover was soiled.

The Bathroom was horrible, it had spiders crawling around. The toilet wouldn¿t flush, crud in the corners.

Power went out at 10:30 do I had to leave cane back at 1:30 still no power. The power came on at 2 approximately 15mins later no power again. Power stayed out to 5am room had got hot and muggy just a overall horrible night no sleep

Room was nice and in good shape considering the age of the hotel. I was ill during the night and they were kind enough to give me a late checkout.

I suppose you get what you pay for. $--- a night doesn't get a fine resort LOL. Service was awful, massive leak around faucet in bathtub and ice machine on my floor was broken.

Maintenance issues indicate motel on decline!

Breakfast had biscuits & gravy¿ Room was clean¿ mattress had a high side & a low side indicating they were not flipped regularly¿.. but still comfortable if you did not roll from side to side.

If you had a room on 2nd or 3rd floor & took elevator or room was over reception desk.. you saw that the cover over registration area was never cleaned. Had hand prints, etc in dust, & thing¿s dropped by sloppy guest..
