- The GREAT Customer Service, and the cleanliness.
- Very accommodating. My husband had heart surgery and the staff helped make sure we had a first floor room, so no stairs or elevator
- quiet location and large comfortable breakfast area
Cons -
- I would have given a 10 star across the border, except the one thing that could use improvement on is the beds. They were brick hard, I trouble sleeping and our backs were hurting all of us.
- I asked for the wet towels to be picked up and a new set brought in, but never got any new towels
