There?s a big hole on the hotel curtain. I took a video and also the air conditioning was on all night. It?s not adjustable. I couldn?t sleep all night. It was a terrible experience. I would never be there again.

It?s really not worth the money. I will never be there again.

It was clean, employees were very nice, and the room was huge!

Elevator took forever to come.

The lobby was the nicest part of this hotel. Staff was nice, we were able to change from the first room we were put in.

First room we were in smelled and was still dirty from previous guest. Trash in waste baskets. Also bed had broken springs. We cancelled second scheduled night there. Gross is the way to describe this hotel.

It was right off the freeway,(I-15) and there were lots of restaurants and fast food choices. Even bar choices if I was so inclined to go out and drink. Real nice place.

The one thing I didn't like was that charged for the continental breakfast that is free everywhere else. It was only 10 dollars but I'm currently staying at a Hilton property and they don't charge. They need to rethink this policy.

I have stayed in other Hilton Garden and the breakfast was free. So I was disapointed that here they were charging $10.00 for the meal.

We enjoyed the location. Very nice and convenient. Room a bit outdated. Didn¿t like the vents outside our windows. It covered our view. Nice area for breakfast and staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Great location, nice hotel.

Broken dresser drawer wouldn't stay shut, broken hair dryer on wall left there even though a new good one was hanging in a bag on the door hook. A bit noisy by the freeway.

Staff

Room was dirty and the people in the room next to me played loud music from 2am-6am.

Plenty of parking, very clean, helpful knowledgeable staff

Breakfast was not free. There was a continental option but that was not free either. Could not close the blinds, only the sheer blinds could close so at night there was plenty of light and in the morning as soon as the sun came up it was in my eyes.

First impression was very good with an accommodating front desk person. Also due to it being last minute due to a Family emergency. Also we were able to get lower level room due to my husband's bad knee this was highly appreciated.

I was expecting the bathroom to be in better condition the grout in the tub looked sloppy and a repair of wall paper looked patchy.Just due to the high price I expected the room to be more updated.

Staff

The key fobs weren¿t working upon arrival but the staff worked hard to get them operational. The beds are due to be replaced. We had ao noise problems from the adjoining room(s). Some updating needed overall. May want to include breakfast.

The hotel is located in a very central part of town, so you are not far from dining, shopping and is right next to a small theme park. The hotel was excellent and clean, and then staff was wonderful. Room was beautiful, clean and well stocked.

We paid for a room with a Whirlpool inside, but unfortunately the jets did not work or were disabled, which kinda defeats the purpose. Our toilet did not work the whole time we were there, but staff was prompt about trying to fix the problem.

Housekeeping was friendly, clean bed, and plenty of snacks! Loved the buffet and omelette.

I was soo tired.. they got me in and to my room quick, answering any question I had, and directing me to all the possible needs I might have (and did) come looking for after I had awoke later that evening.

The pool was soooo cold!!

The pool area could have used some cleaning up. There were guests out there that left their trash on the tables and ground. Definitely not the hotels fault at all but maybe have the maintenance person check it more regularly?

During my stay I had multiple items stolen from the bed of my truck despite me voicing my concern s at check in. They assured me they had security and would advise the security officer to keep a close eye on my vehicle. I doubt that was ever conveyed.
