Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The location was terrible. The hotel advertised itself as central, which may have technically been true, but the only way to access the city on foot was by an extremely unsafe underground tunnel. It felt like we couldn't go out at night without a taxi.

Big room. Friendly staff. Clean, with comfortable bed. Lyon city bike rentals close by? Great city
Immediate neighborhood seems sketchy, though easy to get to nicer places andcentral city. Needs extra power outlets by the bed.
