Housekeeping trying to kick us out after we had arranged for a 11:30 check out.

My room key didn’t work three times and when I told the front desk they were rude and tried to blame me for demagnetizing the room keys

Yes the person that purchases your pillows does not know what he is doing the pillows in your room is responsible for your crappy rating you cannot sleep on your stomach or on your back with a pillow that is 7 in thick I suggest you change the pillows

It was clean roomy.

The bed suck. Could not sleep for the entire stay. Will not stay there again. I moved to a different place, I was on business felt like a zombie everyday.

Valet was exceptional helping us to our room with our luggage.

Salmon dinner was disappointing. Also rooms should have microwave & fridge included. Still don’t agree with extra facilities fee when you don’t use the facilities. Pool was closed again!

Parking was easy to go in and out of the property. Parking was free.

The resort fees are way too high. Don’t feel I should pay for a resort fee when I don’t use the things it covers.

The bowling alley was super fun, and the Oyster Bar was really good.

One of the bartenders (not at the Oyster Bar) was an angry old white man Trumper...totally angry loser, so I left that bar.

Water pressure in shower was poor Pool was closed in December, even though it was 70+ degrees Loud music from parking lot can be heard in rooms

We had to leave early because the smoke from smokers was so bad.

Location

Sheets and towels smelled damp moldy on first day. Had to ask to get them changed and that set smelled the same. That dampened my experience for a nice place. A $45 a day resort fee for that?

Was close to the sphere which is where we went to see a show. Had everything at the site, entertainment, restaurants etc. Staff were excellent with helping and friendly.

It was a last minute stay and I was able to check in right away no issues and check out was so easy. Exactly what I needed no hassle. Room was perfect, eateries were great.

A bit of a walk from the room to the lobby but nothing that would keep me from rebooking

Good value at a reasonable cost. If you have your own transportation and wish to avoid the strip madness, this a good alternative. Located about 7 miles east of the airport and south end of the strip in Henderson. lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Bathrooms are way overdue for some upgrades. Stairs from the parking lot to the elevators going to the rooms is somewhat of a pain with your suitcases in hand. A ramp to roll your cases up would be a great help.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I slept for nine hours and that hardly ever happens! What a gift!

I did not like overlooking the parking lot, and hearing the sirens when I went to bed and when I woke up. I didn’t like hearing people’s alarms going off for long periods of time. I’m not sure how to fix that but that’s all.

the Keys keep not working the over charged for the room in resort fees.no refrigerator in the room and everything had an extra cost. lastly water pressure and shower heads was very weak

The hotel was in a great location.

We had a horrible experience at the Sunset Station. Our room was broken in to with a crow bar and we had $7k worth of electronics stolen. The staff said we?re sorry, we?ve never seen this before, they took no responsibility. And the pool closed at 5?

no small refrigerator or coffee maker...but I understand hotel's policy.

Bed was comfortable. Staff wonderful. Great Location! Everything we could possibly need close by.

Would be nice to have had a mini fridge but that's all I can think of
