- I asked someone to help me with coffee machine. Never showed up. Also, Im 73 and didn't know luggage had to go up stairs. They should of brought my luggage up.
- The hotel has a lot of construction going on right now. The rooms were clean and basic. Not many decorations or extras.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Village of Tiaquepaque and many coffee shops. The property is beautiful.
The hotel has a lot of construction going on right now. The rooms were clean and basic. Not many decorations or extras.
