Good location. Comfortable room. Restaurant on property

Our caboose was nicely updated. AC worked very well for how hot it was outside (90’s)

The staff are amazing. The location is great. The ability to sleep in a real caboose is very cool. The petting zoo is adorable. It's just an awesome family experience.

Location and surrounding scenery

Railroad car exteriors have faded and peeling paint (no doubt lead based since they haven't been painted in years. Interiors were worn and dirty including torn and stained carpeting, mildew around tubs, dirt on woodwork. Also, cars were not level.

Loved the caboose train theme, but cars need to be sanded and repainted. Restaurant train dining car was great. Staff was great. Liked being able to adjust the room temperature easily.

Unique concept, very creative, staffed by wonderful, friendly, professional people.

kids absolutely loved the idea of sleeping in a caboose. We had everything we needed.

Location was good but our favorite was the uniqueness of the hotel. Very cool place to stay. It was very clean inside and staff was friendly. It is pretty small but we had 2 separate rooms which was nice. So kids in one room and we were in another

The playground was pretty beat up but besides that everything was great

It was very clean and located near everything also had room service a big plus for us when we just wanted to sit and relax had microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot food was excellent free parking and internet was also included

Super fun hotel. Our room was very clean and modern with plenty of room for out family

The hotel's theme and proximity to the Strasburg Railroad, PA Railroad Museum, and Toy Train Museum are an ideal mix.

Creative use of old Cabooses. They are very comfortable to stay in. Lots of activities, including buggy rides into Amish country which we took. The National Toy Train Museum is in walking distance.

If you don't like trains, don't stay here!

The hotel was spotless! It was an adorable room with a microwave and air conditioner. You will not be disappointed! We ate dinner in the train car which was a unique experience. The food was delicious! You won't be disappointed!

The carpet looks like hundred years old and the room is stink.

The atmosphere is great! The cabooses are tons of fun and the rooms are clean and welcoming.

The rooms aren't huge, but the unique setting more than makes up for it!

The location and activities on premise .

The room was really small and there was another room was connected to us.

I had stayed here as a child and was coming back to see the town. The train restaurant was fantastic as well as the rooms spacious and clean.

The only thing that I had requested by telephone was 2 handicapped rooms with ramps together and when we arrived they were not what we were given, however, the hostess did arrange for these rooms but they were not together.

After we got our rooms we were pleased and happy.
