A Credit Card Surcharge of 1.5% apply to payments with Visa & Mastercard, 2.2% with American Express & 3% with JCB & UnionPay. There is no surcharge for payment by EFTPOS Debit, or Cash. Please advise in your booking of your expected arrival time. If you are arriving after 8pm, please contact the property to arrange a Late Check-in prior to finalizing your booking. Bedding configurations are set, unless there is an available option for an additional bed, sofa bed or cot - Please ensure your selected room includes your required bedding configuration or contact the property to discuss the most suitable room type/configuration. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Magdala's Lakeside Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 6pm. Reservations are preferred. Room service is available from 6pm. Last orders are taken by 8pm - Dining and bar is open to 9pm. Swimming pool is open September to approx mid/end June, dependent upon weather and may be closed during July to August. Pool closes daily at Sunset. Please visit reception for pool access & induction. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
