For Advance Purchase rates/Non Refundable rates, we require the payment card used for booking to be presented upon check in. Reservations for 10 people or more per night, will be considered group booking. Special group terms and conditions will apply (please contact our team for more information). Pets are allowed on request, in private rooms only. Charges may be applicable. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Individuals under the age of 18 can only stay at the Hostel when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the same room. The room must be private. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancelation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel Don't forget to bring a valid passport with you, this is mandatory for all Non-EU guests or valid identification documents for EU guests. As per government regulations, this needs to be the physical passport/ID, photos or photo copies will not be accepted. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
