The breakfast was horrible same food Monday through Friday they only change on the weekends. Not clean requested room service and all they did was change towels and make beds the shower, toilet were very nasty/dirty

Filthy rooms, dirty pool, nasty small breakfast that ran out of eggs 30 minutes in and didn't refill

Everything. The entire hotel was disgusting. Our room was so dirty, we wouldn’t even use the shower. Floor was sticky. Bed covers were filthy along with headboard. Worst smelling room I’ve ever been in. Strong odor of cigarettes and garbage or pets.

Convenient! Close to all the stores and freeway

TV did not work in room 219, couldn’t reach front desk w/room phone, Jacuzzi was out of service, Pool too much chlorine! It was so strong I wasn’t able to remain in there! Eyes were burning, Breakfast need more items and a 2nd waffle maker

It was clean and quiet. The pool was open till midnight. The hotel staff are very very polite and excellent very accommodating.

Convenient location for shopping, restaurants, Korean Spa 100 yards next door. Clean beds and bathroom, friendly staffs, and hot breakfast.

My first night, for some reason there was some trucker parked right behind my room and it didn't feel very safe.

Not enough power outlets by desk and desk chair is old and needs replacing

The hotel?s location was decent but the entrance is tricky to find.

Many things are out of order. it was hard to get things and they were often wrong when I did get them. The pool was also frequently unusable because they would do a ?chemical reset? during open hours. We got fruit 1 out of 6 days there.

The shower would not drain on it's own. it needed help holding the drain open so it would drain.

Bed was comfortable. Just ?sleep and leave ? kind of place.

Only clean place at this hotel was the lobby. Looks like they don?t vacuum the common area other than the lobby.

The room had issues. The hot tub was cold as the pool. The staff were awful.

The front desk was helpful and changed our room when we asked for a new room because the floor was wet on the carpet and the room had a Strang smell to it.

The first room smelled strange and the carpet was wet. The lobby smelled bad like body odor.
