- Didn't get a room from this place . Went to check in to a room that was reserved 2 weeks in advance and was told it was canceled. They doubled the price on it and gave it another person . I had to look for another place till midnight that night . Just because they wanted to make more money on the room.

- Keep the reservation that people get. Or call if they think they wont make it . Not cancel it and sell it right away leaving my family with out a room .
- First off, graffiti in the elevator, very unclean in the hallways, getting into the room was not clean, very visibly the shower had not been washed (there was still hair and a bar of soap in it, dried), the tvs had to be hooked to our phones hot spots to work because the wifi didnt reach the room, the ac in one of rooms didnt work and the front desk lady blatantly argued with me telling me it indeed did work when it absolutely did not on either the unit itself or the thermostat. There were no hand towels, stairs were dirty and the whole place had a very musty smell. For $350+ for one night (king with sofa room) I expect better. Will never stay or recommend. Wad unable to eat breakfast due to the cleanliness.
