The pool area is lovely and staff very attentive. rooms clean, comfortable and decently sized. Location in the heart of Brickell.

Check in was sloppy and chaotic. No one with a luggage cart or any offer to help with my suitcase when I arrived. I had my 7 yr old son with me, lots of bags and had to drag my suitcase up the stairs. A bit ridiculous for this level of hotel

Amazing 5 stars hotel with too many facilities such as the restaurants, gym (even CrossFit box), bars, rooftop and direct lift access to brickell city centre, balcony from the rooms was amazing

Didn’t offer body cream in the rooms and power connector were not strategically located in the room. Would like more privacy in the rooms bathroom but it’s not the end of the world

It has a great location and the apartments are ample and comfortable

The cleaning is very lacking. Table tops and floors were dirty

Great location, very nice hotel with all necessary amenities! Very good facilities with everything someone might require!

Noise and service of the staff! You have 2-3 very professional people trying to cover the rest of the staff that is well below average! You can tell they dont have proper training and most likely were trained & taught on the “field”! The attitude of the staff is “young people killing time before they move on”, with the few exceptions. Also valet parking policy that changed since 1st Jan’25 and you have to wait at the lobby while they bring the car which on a busy night or a weekend is a good 20 min wait! This is due to the fact that some reckless people would call for the car and not show up for a very long time! Instead of penalizing those, the hotel changed the policy and is penalizing everyone who is responsible and follows the rules!

Great value for room size compare with other hotel. Super convenient location, if you like downtown Miami.

Choice for breakfast is small and end little bit too soon.

Clean Big rooms

1. Late check in 3:00 pm ! Why we pay 24 hours payment and we stay in the hotel for 20 hours only??? We u charge us complete one day stay then 2. The reception as for 100 US dollar to have check in at 12 noon and this tell u it’s all about collection money from customer, so my room is ready why I have to wait till 3 pm to get it and I’m arriving after 14 hours flights with kids 3. Very late to respond for any request from the hotel staff 4. There are only 2 bottles of water per stay and not allowed to have water everyday u less we pay ! How come 4 or 5 stars hotel do that !! 5. The price is high and the location is far from the beach I will never go back to that hotel ever and I hope this messages reach the hotel admin

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. Our room was lovely, and the service was consistently excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our time there. We loved it so much that we will come back. Additionally, we loved that the hotel is directly connected to the mall.
