I liked the view from the room, and the filtered water tap in the room.
On arrival i was checked into the most basic room in the hotel (room with no balcony). I had paid for a residence with a balcony. Went back down to lobby immediately to complain. Receptionist was uneducated about hotel layout and hostile. Tried to scam me
