- Nothin impeccable in room. Cleanliness did nos tans out.No cart available for hours, the personnel really did not care. Had to make four trips to bring belongings to the room trough the elevator. Told the front desk they did not even show concern rather “tough luck” attitude.Also was told the $8.00 “stick up” parking fee was included in the reservation to later be charged a second time. Will not be staying there again.Asking photos of my stay, must be an extremely bad joke!

Room size amazing! Comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels.
Front desk staff were not friendly, there was no greeting at neither check in nor check out. I used to work at Marriott and I didn’t feel any of the customer service standard expectations were met. The TV in our room was not working and I the room floor was not clean.
