Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando

Location is great! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was also very spacious clean comfortable.

I don’t like this hotel doesn’t offer fast pass like the others

Convenient to Universal parks, they cater to your pets and there’s a great walking path. Staff is very friendly.

Superb location, friendly helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Transport to Universal park, frequently. Huge lobby. Shop, food, vending machines. Rarely heard other guests in rooms. Clean bathroom, lots of towels. Pool area had lots of sunbeds, towels, lifeguards, food area. Really exceptional hotel.

Excellent stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort! The location is perfect, with very easy and quick access to Universal parks thanks to the shuttles and water taxi. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is friendly and always helpful. A special highlight is the proximity to the parks, which allowed us to fully enjoy our days without wasting time on transportation. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort, relaxation, and direct access to the parks.”

Spacious room with 2 x double beds. One of the hotels connected to the park; so very good location with a cute boat ride to take you to the parks. Easy to pop back and forth to hotel during the heat of the day. Big pool, open until lateEarly access to Islands of Adventure included with hotel stay

The pool water was very hot - think because it is shallow. So during very hot summer days it doesn’t feel refreshing / cool you down. Not sure if this is an American thing in general, but would prefer a deeper pool. We still used it however and was great to have this available.

We stayed at Universal Loews Sapphire Falls Resort from 29th June to 3rd July 2025 as a family of three. The resort itself is visually stunning and well-located for Universal visitors, but some of the basic amenities and policies were disappointing.Pros:Helpful Staff: Every team member we interacted with was courteous and helpful, which made the stay easier.Great Location & Aesthetics: The property’s overall decor, lush landscaping, and fabulous pool area create a true resort feel.Comfortable Rooms: The beds were cozy, and the room itself was comfortable and relaxing after long days at the parks.

Cons:In-room Movie Charges: Universal movies are charged at $21 per movie. For a Universal-branded hotel, I expected these to be complimentary, as many hotels worldwide offer free in-room movies.No Microwave: A microwave is not included in the room, and there’s an additional $15 charge to request one.No Water Kettle: A kettle is not standard in the room. When requested, a $50 deposit was demanded (on top of the $500 incidental deposit), though it was later waived after discussion.Bathroom Issues: The toilet seat was cracked, and the bathroom had no lock, which is inconvenient when staying with kids.

Lovely staff! Housekeeping, front desk, bell services, food service, boat drivers and everyone we interacted with was great! Awesome pool! Had a water slide and both shallow and deeper areas. Lots of umbrellas and sun loungers. A DJ on the weekend afternoon we were there. Loved the boat service to the theme parks. Nice waterfalls and trees and scenery around the property. Food was very good though pricey. Super comfy beds. Rooms and facilities very clean. Family friendly hotel at a much more palatable price point than its deluxe neighbors.

A bit of a walk to the parks, but not that bad. Also the walking path has greenery and is clearly marked. I found the boat to be more efficient. Hotel room size is pretty standard and can be small for a family of four.

What a fantastic hotel. Loved all of it, the staff, the amenities, everything.
