- Too close to freeway.
- The employee who was on site was poorly trained and very unprofessional, unpleasant, unhelpful, & unapologetic about everything. She could not locate my reservation and after I showed her the confirmation. She seemed like it didn't matter that I had a confirmed reservation and simply said that I would need to call the booking agency to figure it out. So I called and they also confirmed that it was emailed and had been verified by the establishment. After I asked the person had she checked the emails to see if maybe it was overlooked. She then became very disrespectful and refused to continue to help with my accommodations. She also refused to let me speak with a manager that I had already been informed was not at the property and was in fact at home sleeping! Unacceptable that this employee was left alone to run this establishment when she clearly does not have the knowledge or the social skills to communicate in a professional and non-confrontational manner. She absolutely refused to service me and that I should leave the property. After walking out to my vehicle, my wife then calls me to say that my reservation has been cancelled. I was curious as to how she was able to cancel my reservation, but when I had just been dealing with her for about 20 minutes or more of her not being able to locate it. I recieved an email the next day saying that I am no longer allowed to stay at this property. I want you to know that if those are the kind of experiences you want your customers to have then I wouldn't come back to that property anyway. You can look at my name and contact information to see how many times I have stayed there in the past 30 days and the amount of money I have spent there. As well as I've always treated every member of that hotels staff with the utmost respect and courtesy and was also given the same until that one time.
