The 90-degree turn into the car park exit was a NIGHTMARE for big cars. They can scratch and dent big cars. Please make the carpark exit and entry wider. Thank you.

Great location, easy parking and spacious rooms.

Very clean

1 lift of 3 wasn’t work the entire trip then to top it off after waiting 30 mins for a lift it opens with staff and mattress so still couldn’t get into lift.

Great location. Super King sized bed. Free slippers. Nice luggage space.

Very small bathroom space. Cramped doorway and small space to manoeuvre after stepping out of the shower. Not many towel hanger spaces so they're above the toilet. Lifts were annoyingly slow.

The room was very clean and modern, and the shower was nice too. It was very comfortable.

Better coffee facilities in the room, but thats a very minor thing.

beautiful large room for a great price. bed was very comfortable. great high quality amenities however no microwave.

the cleaning job was a bit subpar, i found someone else’s makeup rolled up in a towel. there was also some red substance leaking from above the door all night.

The half hour wait to check in, while the offer of drinks was appreciated finding a way to streamline that process would seem like a good idea

The room had a funny smell that left us feeling nauseous, noise carried across the floor, the air con was not working this made a very sleepless night as a hot sleeper. No air flow in the room. Bathroom was very small and floor did not appear to have been vacuumed.

Lifts took FOREVER to move between floors~even after midnite!!!Very expensive room for what it actually was~you couldn’t open the bathroom door at the same time as the very tiny shower door without them clashing!!!Car parking was an absolute nightmare and staff need to be more informed about alternative options….we were charged 2 whole days for what was essentially a 12 hour stop over!!!!

The lifts took FOREVER. I'm talking about a 20 minute wait for a lift. It was utterly ridiculous. Probably need to figure out a better system for the sequence of the lifts.

The property was clean, spacious and a great location. The bathroom was huge !

Hated the lifts!! The wait time to get on them was a joke!! And we paid for parking overnight but couldn’t get a park!!!! I feel like I should’ve received my money back as I had to park across the road in the public car park.

The hotel was in a great location - easy access to the train station and shopping precinct. The bed was super comfy!

The quality of beds, towels and the overall beauty of the room was pleasing

The hotel provided a small cake and a card for my husband's birthday. The pillows on the bed were really comfortable. Rooms were lovely. Location is great!

I paid for parking on arrival, then had to pay again at the car park exit to leave. This was disappointing. The elevators were not working properly either and we had to use the stairs due to them being backed up. There didn't seem to be enough people on service at breakfast.

Has parking for 45 dollars. Lots of eateries nearby. Easy walk to train station.

The lifts are super slow. Noise from the club across the road. Price was over 550 for a deluxe king room and was double what it normally costs.
