It was a good experience and despite the cleanliness and mattress trouble, I still recommend!
Staff was great. The fireplace inside the room was amazing, although they charge you for an extra bucket of logs.
The room was not properly clean and the mattress was extremely deformed and therefore very uncomfortable.

Nice place, especially at night, outdoor locations look great. Nice place to relax.
Check in takes too long
Everything that involves reception takes long
During breakfast there's never enough plates so you'll have to wait til they bring clean ones. Most tables miss napkins.
Not clear instructions during check in.
Sofás in common areas need some cleaning.
I think they're understaffed.
