This historic and privately run 3-star-superior hotel is a beautiful 250-year-old timber-framed building. Flair Hotel Zum Storchen offers nonsmoking rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Hotel Zum Storchen enjoys a quiet location in the center of Bad Windsheim. It is a 15-minute walk from the Frankentherme Baths and a 5-minute walk to Bad Windsheim Train Station, a 45-minute journey from Nuremberg. The Flair Hotel Zum Storchen provides a large breakfast buffet each morning. It includes homemade jam and muesli as well as fresh produce from local farms. At other meal times, the restaurant serves traditional German meals from the region. The Medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber is less than 30 minutes away by car. Secure private parking is available on site.

- Great location, clean friendly hotel.
- Despite the age of the building (which was also it's charm) the hotel was clean and practical. The staff were excellent.
Cons -
- The bed/bedding was just a little too basic. The pillow was a folded up affair that was difficult to make comfortable. The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms was definitely missed.
