I had the best breakfast in Romania here

The room with a city view was a bit noisy at night. Thanks god I am not a light sleeper ?

Just the location was ok as it was central.

The staff was very unfriendly, I asked for a different room as the one they gave me was in a terrible condition and they asked me for extra money for the second room. The second room was slightly better so it was still bad. Eventually I decided to move to a different hotel since this one was extremely bad and they never refunded. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the furniture was very old and squeaky, the doors wasn't safe, the toilets were disgusting and the staff were very unpolite and really mean.

Very central location.

3 Star Hotel' not more or less.No so choice for breakfast, only a few prebuild choices. No cappuccino/hot milk for coffee.The mattress is uncomfortable .

Clean, comfortable, in the center. Great healthy breakfast.

A bit expensive, but still affordable

Location was great for visiting and the price was good. The room was nice and clean, great coffee was available in the room. Very friendly personnel.

The choices for breakfast were relatively limited. I had large buffets for similar costs at other hotels. I do not mind having to choose a plate, but the composition of each plate could have been better and more options be provided. Occasionally, there was some noise that was hard to ignore.

Location is prime in Cluj. Very Central in a cute pedestrian street.The room was clean and nice. Beds were confortable.Breakfast to be chozen from different set menu was sufficient quantity, good quality and tasty

Third floor with no lift was a bit ennoying with lots of luggage

It was very tidy and clean. Also, the hotel’s location was great.

The only thing I could criticize is the breakfast. Although there were quite a few options, I think there could have been more variety in the ingredients. That aside, our stay at The Fullton was nearly excellent.

Located in the middle of the city, it was easy to find and very clean.

The mattress was horrible. It was hard to get a good night sleepI don't recommend the breakfast. There wasn't enough diversify and quality to it.

Location could not be better, in the heart of the historical centre of Cluj.

Although it was personal experience, the hotel notified me just a few days prior to my arrival that breakfast should not be served for most of the duration of my stay due to maintenance in the breakfast area. While they provided a full range of options, the inconvenience was there.Additionally, the hotel did not provide any of the usual amenities (batonettes, sewing kit etc)

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cluj, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the early check-in. My room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. Overall a good value for money!

Too bad there is no elevator.

The room was not exactly how it looked on the picture but very similar. It was comfortable and a nice bathroom.

There was no table in the room and Netflix was on the TV but not accessible. Walls are thin.

Location and early checkin

No elevator. If you have bags and they are heavy either you cannot carry them upstairs, either they don't have a storage room to keep them downstairs. This is a huge inconvenience, however I didn't have many options for last minute booking.

Very thin walls, I could hear music and talking until 1 AM (might be just an old building), breakfast could be better

The hotel is in the city center, and is next to the main main bildings.

There is no elevador.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern; pretty good breakfast for rather low cost of the room. It is central.

The location is very good. Very clean hotel even provide slippers which not many 3 star hotels so. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The guy at at the reception even helped me to carry my bags up the stairs. Perfect for a short stay . Not very far from the bus station and about 25 mins drive from the airport . It's very close to the Christmas market so we enjoyed that too. Breakfast was good.

The location is great in the centre

The price.....is very high ...Hilton hotel is nearby, 4 stars and they have the same prices. Maybe it was a great hotel when they opened but but now they need some refurbished

Clean and modern. Good location.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. A lot of noise from the streets during the night which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was modest.
