- The ease of checking in & out. The view from sun deck
- Great staff, friendly, kind, and helpful. Rooms always clean and fresh smelling, fun to be near the sports fields.
- The room was really outstanding. The location and views, both from the room and the rooftop pool area, are unbeatable.
Cons -
- Service at the restaurant was lacking, even at an off-peak time.
- The check in process was horrible, they charged me twice and I had to dispute a credit card charge that was due to their error. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I should of spent this much money staying at the Westin and avoided this.
