Location

No lift, check in was awkward and delayed as we arrived during a busy time for the restaurant part of the business.

We didn’t make use of the restaurant, as there are many options for breakfast in Bruges. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

We were in the attic room, which provided a challenge for us with the stairs, but that had maybe more to do with our level of fitness. We missed having a chair to sit in. There is actually space in that room for a chair with a backrest.

The location was perfect

No staff on site (although it was xmas eve ) Lighting was very dark. No chairs to sit on or tables. No mini fridge & no coffee maker.

Wonderful classic style Brugge Brasserie offering traditional food. Service was exceptional. Staff very happy to please. Great atmosphere as restaurant filled. . Make sure you reserve a table in advance for evening service. Rooms clean and adequate for short stay

This hotel is a little gem.We had a very warm welcome and were checked in quickly.Our room was perfect. Spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Excellent shower, really powerful. Very modern in decor with the bonus is an ac unit so you are in control of your heating. Plenty of towels, soap and bodywash and shampoo.Resturant below the rooms. We didn’t eat here as we had already made plans but the smell was scrumptious and the sight we had of the food looked really good.Location was brilliant. Literally just out the door turn right and you are in the centre.Car park a stones throw and very reasonable 16€ per 24hrs. Underground and secure.Loved our stay here and will certainly be back

Steep stairs to rooms

The hotel is very pretty from the outside and is in a great location.

The lack of a lift ,46 stairs to the bedroom, we asked for assistance with our luggage, and we were told no one was available. The room had 1 teabag each and paper cups, and when we asked after eating at their restaurant, if we could have some milk for the room to make tea, we were charged €3.50. The room was clean but very tired and basic, towels could do with being replaced, the heater didn't work so the room was freezing, there was nobody available to speak to about this, very dark entrance alley which was quite off putting. The room looked nothing like the photos.

The location was good and the shower was nice. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very busy, unfortunately we regretted not eating at the restaurant.

Upon entering there was weird smell which never went away. I had high expectations of this accommodation and was disappointed from the moment I got there. The rooms are not sound proof and it was very loud.

The location was great. Very close to the city centre and the Christmas markets.

The room needed more attention for what we paid. First of all the shower head was broken. When we informed the staff they didn’t even show up to check it. Moreover, the bathroom wasn’t clean since there was a lot of dirt on the shower wall, slime substance coming out of the grout. I hope it wasn’t mold. There was no door to Bathroom! Only see-through gauze curtain. Due to gaps at the windows and because the rooms are just above the kitchen of their restaurant, in the morning the room was smelling fried oil.

The hotel as easy to find with underground parking close by. The plase was beautifully decorated for the festive period and was warm and cozy inside. Our host was very polite and helpful during check in.Or room was cozy with all the usual amenities and a comfy bed.The city center is only 10 mins walk away so a very convenient place to stay. We did not get the chance to eat there but the restaraunt was allways full.Would deffinately stay again if we return the Brugge.

The pillows could be a little softer. Some of the furnature could do with a little tlc.Would be nice to have proper cups in stead of the paper ones supplied.

Well located and great area to walk around. Loved that the restaurant was just below us and extremely busy on the weekend. Ms Joker(hope I got the name right) was delightful in welcoming us!

Great location (very close to the city centre, congress centre), friendly staff, the room was small but sufficient

The entrance to the hotel is very dark and strange (small street and backyard, then you almost enter the kitchen), the room was cold, there is no heating, there was A/C but even though I set 30°C, it was not working, the air was still cold. I would appreciate a duvet instead of blanket only.

Central location

The stairs were awful.We were in a top floor and due to the attic ceiling it leans over the bed. It was quite dangerous as the walls are a deep blue and I hit my head on the sharp corners twice when putting things on the bedside table.I would rate this hotel a 4/10 and we did not consider it to be value for money given the other options available.

Brilliant location, friendly staff, room cleaned each day & comfy stay. No complaints and all very helpful.

Staff was amazing and location was perfect. Lively during the day but quiet at night. Restaurant was amazing and lots of local cafes, shopping, and tourist sites.

The location is amazing! 2 minutes walk from the main square and in the midst of great shopping and restaurants.

We were in a family room which had angled ceilings as it was at the top of the hotel so it made it difficult to sit and relax - you had to lay flat!

The location is amazing, and the restaurant downstairs was some of the best food we had here.

The shower is in the room. I would've preferred a separate toilet/shower room.
