Very clean hotel, lots of options for food and drinks

During checkin with the staff trying to upsell us a room that would have required us to move in the middle of our stay. Also I appreciate strict dress code for a couple of the restaurants but dress shorts and button shirt should be allowed, its Cancun

I was especially happy with the food, staff, experience overall. We had the awesome pleasure of staying in the master suite overlooking the ocean from our amazing wrap around balcony .

Location

the water temp and settings hard to use. The service was slow at poolside. Pool side food options not great. They should have guacamole and chips like most other hotels that are not all inclusive. The quality of the tequilla could have been better.

Service was excellent and staff was great with Gluten free

The room didn?t have much privacy. For instance if you go with a friend or NOT a significant other. Bathroom is in the middle of the room practically. Drinks are week at the pool areas during the day.

The room was beautiful and the view from our room was amazing. The treatment upon arrival was excellent.

Room service never brought us an extra pillow or the sodas that I ordered. It was hard to get into a restaurant and there was not always a place to get food. The elevators were confusing and unless you asked the staff didn't really orient you.

The staff was nice and the room was beautiful. I recommend the master suite with ocean view.

The hotel ac didn?t work on the first level. But after a while we got use to it.

It was cheap. The pool and beach areas were very nice and great musicians!

It was older than expected. Absolutely not worth upgrading the preferred club. We didn?t take advantage of any of the perks.

This is definitely a 5 start hotel, staff treat great, the place looks new, food was amazing, over all excelent experience

Wide room, friendly staffs, almost everything(bar, cafe, boargdgames, piano, sofa and tables) in the lobby which is the cozy place to rest.

I expected more high quality of food.

Food was better compared to the other 5 star hotel in hotel zone.

Had hard time checking in. It was really frustrated. Had to called the customer service.

The location, amenities, restaurants and the staff were all great.

The lobby felt very humid and hot most of the times. Much more so than the outside or the rooms.

Beautiful location

Hard to order coffee via room service. The restaurants were very warm. In the preferred area, they should have pits of coffee like they do tea.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the ocean. Breakfast buffet is really good.

No sign on butler on our floor if you pick a preferred room. Other restaurants at the hotel are good not great except breakfast buffet.

I liked the amenities. I did not like that the front desk was not accommodating nor welcoming during the checkin process.

I did not like the interactions with the staff at the front desk.

needs renovation, especially the firmness of the mattress and pillows.

While the hours at the steakhouse are 6 to 11 PM and it is first come first served, the hostess at the dinner steakhouse didn't want to seat me although I arrived at 10PM. She said that they wouldn't take any more guests, which I thought was very rude.

Loved the room and the pools! Absolutely amazing!

The dress code needed to dine @more than half the restaurants. No where was it stated when booking. So I didn¿t get to eat @ half the restaurants after paying almost 3K for this vacation¿
