Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

The location and staff were great.

The room got hot at night, but there was no way to adjust the A/C.

The staff was amazing! Everyone had a smile and a greeting. Several people went out of their way to take care of special requests. Great location to the town - not too close, but easy walk via the roads or the beach.

The only negative was the food. Some was good, like nachos, burger, huevos rancheros & omelettes, & breakfast burrito. Anything w/ steak was awful. The buffet had was depressing, & we got sick after. Guess that is why the price is affordable.

Location, ability to use the shuttle to go to other related locations, such as the Pueblo Bonito Sunset for dinner still on the all-inclusive.

The A/C was not working properly. We even switched rooms but the A/C still was not working. Made it hard to sleep in constant 81 degree room. Asked for a general manager, but they wouldn't let me talk to anyone but the front desk manager. Not pleased!

The shared benefits of sister property, Sunset. We were able to visit the pool and dine at the restaurants which had more selections.

It is an older property. The rooms need to be renovated. The cushions in the chairs inside hotel need to be washed ore replaced. They need to include wash clothes daily with other towels. We had to request them.

Hotel is very noisy,and people smoking marijuana at swimming pool at the hotel while I was trying to eat dinner long lines at the bar,had to scan anytime you got a drink or you went to dinner or anything you had a scan with your wristband, food awful

Location is great and safe, close to the marina, restaurants.

The hotel is a bit outdated, the food is mediocre.

A bit too far to walk into town along the beach.? at 61. A pedi-cab option maybe gets more visibility? The first floor walk from elevator/1004 through breezeway to pool has a gray waterl/sewage smell intermittently

The only got thing is that it's in a good location close to the marina.

This is the worst al inclusive hotel I've been to. Don't waste your hard earned money in this dump! There's nothing good about this hotel. The food wasn't that good and everything was cold, your had to wait in long line to get a drink.

The management was rude upon check in and did not have rooms available for half of our group. The rooms are run down. The bar staff would only give drinks to us if we had cash in hand to tip.

The nonstop selling on beach

Location, it was very easy to walk to attractions and things to do. Watch out for scams in town and on beach! Also, Cabo seemed to be very expensive overall. I can say I've been there now, but won't be going back. Much better places for that amount of $.

Slow bar service, very slow, forgot about me several times ordering food on beach, no coffee/tea in room, getting food, you have to stay where you order it, constant peddler sellers on beach block view and constant asking about buying drugs, cigars, etc

Location was great next to the beach. Staff was very good at the Rose.

The staff at the Sunset Beach sister hotel that we went to for lunch was not very nice and seemed to look down upon us just because we came from Rose and were brown. Specially the servers at the family pool. Food at the Rose was also the same everyday.

Staff is really nice. Food and drinks above average.

Room was not as requested. Not clear about additional charges for restaurants on properties.

To begin all employees are very helpful, attentive and always helped when we needed something. Room was clean, we always had the towels we requested. Great experience. Food was delicious. Will come back here again

Everything was perfect

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel's close and walkable location to downtown Cabo is really good. The hotel's ability to take you to their other locations is also pretty good.

The rooms at Rose are very outdated and old - the showerheads in particular. There are lots of mosquitos at night and near your rooms. You get tired of the single buffet at Rose pretty quickly, but at least you have access to places next door.

The overall design with the restaurants nearby and pool and easy access to the beach.Also the abundance of food and the service was excellent.

There was a noise at night while we slept.

Loudest hotel ever!!! Walls are paper thin¿can hear everything in all rooms next you, above/below and outside. No sleep in 3 days. Beds hard. Hotel needs major room upgrades and remodel to match their l level of service which was great. Won¿t return.
