- Food & Drink
- Location, ability to use the shuttle to go to other related locations, such as the Pueblo Bonito Sunset for dinner still on the all-inclusive.
- The shared benefits of sister property, Sunset. We were able to visit the pool and dine at the restaurants which had more selections.
Cons -
- The A/C was not working properly. We even switched rooms but the A/C still was not working. Made it hard to sleep in constant 81 degree room. Asked for a general manager, but they wouldn't let me talk to anyone but the front desk manager. Not pleased!
- It is an older property. The rooms need to be renovated. The cushions in the chairs inside hotel need to be washed ore replaced. They need to include wash clothes daily with other towels. We had to request them.
