Great location, very nice and clean accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful
The bed was very uncomfortable, it was an extremely soft bed and was very uncomfortable for both my wife and I to sleep in. The breakfast was over crowded, lacked enough seating and was not filled to accommodate the people present

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with a seperate bedroom and a kitchen area with a separate sink which is nicer than using the bathroom sink for washing your hands or rinsing dishes. The grounds were beautiful. It is next to the visitor center where we catch a shuttle to Colonial Williamsburg and Merchants Square.

The room was impressively spacious and the location couldn’t be better — right next to the visitor centre, which made exploring very easy. Friendly and helpful staff.
However, the place feels a bit dated and could use some refresh. The beds are fine for one person but quite uncomfortable for two. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Overall, a convenient stay but with room for improvement.

The location is excellent! Very clean! Our king room #5373 was very spacious! The continental breakfast is very good with dairy free options for creamer and cereal! I was very impressed!
Loved the property but at first it’s very confusing to find your room. It’s a very large property but once you know where your room is then it’s great!

The room was large, well appointed and bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit and fridge were, however, very noisy. Continental breakfast was good. The hotel is next to the Williamsburg Welcome Centre and has parking arrangements. It is necessary to drive to restaurants. Front desk staff were very, very helpful. Our room had very spotty wifi, which improved in the corridor. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Proximity to local attractions and dining. Very clean room and friendly staff.
Some of the parking areas were not well maintained creating a lot of dust and dirt.
