The price, location and friendly staff

I was nervous because of the reviews but it exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent. The room was large, in great condition and very clean. The staff met my every need quickly and friendly. Parking was convenient. The sushi was excellent.

The road to the hotel is closed from 9-5. That was inconvenient, but should be temporary.

Cleanliness was questionable , the bath mat had a print in dirt of foot after dragging across floor

This hotel is quiet (even by the road), it is a bit dated but it doesn't really matter as the price is excellent, the Japanese restaurant downstair is extraordinary, if I have to go back to Port Alberni I will stay there again.

The top blanket on the bed had a weird grease looking stain on it and the carpets could have been cleaned our changed.

Convenient just off the highway. Restaurant downstairs was good. Comfy bed.

Outdated furniture. The office was in the restaurant so it was a bit confusing. Door to the room was not sealed correctly as there was a gap at the bottom where you can see light from outside, gap was about 2 cm. I would not recommend in the winter.

Renovated room which was very clean

They need comfortable hairs to sit in the room or a small loveseat.

Location was good, easy check in nice staff

Great location for what we wanted. Value for money. Basic room that was clean & tidy. Had laundry facilities. Had a restaurant onsite.

Room was quite small- we had 4 oocupants in our room (2 double beds) but there really was no room to put our suitcases that wasnt in the walkway. However it was only for 4 nights so it wasnt that big a deal.

Right off the Hwy good location. You can tell they did some upgrade to the room

There was no towel in the room when we arrived. The owner was quickly brought us towel so that’s good.
