- The price, location and friendly staff
- Old traditional style
- I was nervous because of the reviews but it exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent. The room was large, in great condition and very clean. The staff met my every need quickly and friendly. Parking was convenient. The sushi was excellent.

- Minimal TV channels
- The road to the hotel is closed from 9-5. That was inconvenient, but should be temporary.
- Cleanliness was questionable , the bath mat had a print in dirt of foot after dragging across floor
