Bad
The steps broke and one of our party was injured, requiring hospital care. The steps should never have been in this state for a rental property.

Overall, though pricey, the apartment is very comfortable and totally deluxe.
Access to the apartment is located in the back of the building up two flights of outdoor stairs which we were not informed of. This led to some confusion (and concern!) which took us 20 minutes to figure out. Once we accessed the apartment, it was extremely stuffy. We were unable to find the temperature remote control so we were unable to set a comfortable setting. Luckily, a few opened windows did the trick. We found a welcome sheet under some books which had an incorrect wifi code and an inaccurate contact person’s information. However, after several exchanges, we were able to connect through the original booking site and at least get access to wifi.
