Location location location
Location location location. Beds were comfortable. Pool and area great. View good. Steps away from Roger centre, restaurant, theatres, everything. But would we stay here again YES, YES.
Check in painful. Items asked for not ready. Not clear instructions to which building to check in or staying in. If travelling with more than one group ask to be on the same side/tower (ie: 1 to 27) They use fobs in this rentals, you need fobs to get in , elevator, pool area, gym and parking area. It is a little tricky when with a group that doesn’t do everything together. But would we stay here again YES, YES.

Location location location. Pool. Beds kitchen utensils 👍. Perfect for 4 people. 5/6 not as much Would stay there and recommend this place to anyone.
Omg. Thought our place was 20 John street not 300 front - total confusion. Not helpful or pleasant guest services. I asked several times if we were in the correct building ( where we finally figured out where to check in) told to go to other building. I asked for two sets of keys and paid for parking and keys, had to wait and ask again for keys. Also wifi - needed codes But after that it was fine. ( I don’t like fob system when travelling with a large group). Need chairs for 6. And pillows need to be replaced. ( lumpy from washing)

it was very central to union station and the ball park, which made it very easy to navigate with our group. They were also very accommodating to our special requests
