Bed was comfy. Air conditioning was quiet.

Room was dated. Cobwebs on ceiling. Flies and mosquitoes in room. Shower not cleaned properly

We were upstairs and being 70+ found it a bit testing. Bear in mind we didn’t specify lower floor. Showing signs of its age , however the bed was great

Everything about it. Including the incorrect amount wotif quoted which the owner disregarded as just a guideline, yet you took all my credit card details..why was that imperative given that the facility did not have my booking logged.? We had to request a different room after we were unable to turn on lights in the first room but the 2nd room was worse in its other way. Eg had a very weird shower set up which enabled others to watch the silhouette of the showerer from the main room. No towels.. no bowls, bkd for 3 but only provided ancilary amenities for 2 etc etc. Car park not easily accessible from room, either of them.

Proximity to event we were attending

The room stunk of cigarette smoke.The bathroom had mold, tile grout was filthy, floor tiles were broken, spa bath was filthy including hair in the jets

The shower connections leaked and there was an annoying whistle while you were having a shower

Old and very dirty, in need of repairs and a very deep clean

Comfortable bed, cooking appliances

Immediately noticed the very musty smell from the room and bathroom and dust everywhere. Room was 100m walk from the carpark up spiral stairs which was extremely inconvenient. The worst part though was the loud screeching from the plumbing day and night when the next door room used the water. So loud it would wake anyone up. There was not any basic cooking utensils or even a hairdryer. Absolutely awful.

The room and bed. Very spacious lounge room.

Shower tap washers required attention. The locknut was missing off of one of the taps. Two other tap handles were loose. The lavatory bowl was very wide but not very long which made access to use paper extremely difficult. This was room 1 and I am a rather large person.

See through glass between bedroom and toilet and when switching on the glass went milky, so u could not see inside. It was cool, but it took us 1 day to figure it out lolPleasant wiev

During our stay, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The accommodations were spotless and quite cosy. We really love the convenient locations close to the wedding venue and restaurants.

No one at reception at check in. Closed curtains on arrival, room very hot and musky smell on entry. Mouldy curtains. Mouldy shower. Terrible water. Broken tiles. Old uncomfortable couch. Welcome Guest folder completely outdated. Incorrect information provided. Lack of tea/coffee and sugar sachets, when asked for more only given bare minimum. Not enough towels, we asked for 2 more and we’re brought only 1, then told we had enough. Woken up at 1am by a woman knocking on our door asking us to call reception for her as she didn’t have a phone and couldn’t contact them to check in. No phone in the room to contact reception. For the price of the room, it was definitely a waste of money. Could’ve stayed somewhere much nicer.

The location is great for where we support to be. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. There was a kitchenette, microwave, which we thought was truly useful.

Convenient location to Hurstbridge.

Room felt unclean, cobwebs and spiders in windows.

The room was old like the rest of the motel, but it was clean and very large. The furniture was also old, but matched and had a lovely old time character.

The walls were thin and we could hear the people in the next room. Thankfully they were considerate and didn't disturb us. We tried to do the same for them.

The size of the room, the size of the two double beds.

The Suite/room was old, rugged, smelly old and smelly carpet. Had two spiders one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Too many ie over 20 steps to get to the room, was painful on my knees.When I asked for assistance with the luggage, the man at the reception send us a mature age woman to carry the bag downstairs. The first night the male at the reception said that we could change to another room in a lower level. In the morning, another male at the reception refused to change the room for us. The two men at the reception were unhelpful and unwelcoming, made us feel like that we just have to accept this booking and offered no solutions or any other option to make our stay enjoyable. Each day, the beds were not made, the tea and coffee where not replenished. We stayed for four nights from 26-30 December 2025.

Quiet area

Room needed.Towels, Soaps, Shampoo, Milk, Coffee, only one pillow on each Queensland bed. Black mould in bathroom basin, taps dripped. Once filled Spa with no Jets worked. Really! $200 a night? For sure the staff new Spa did not work. Curtains in living areas filthy with dust, desperately needed a wash. And the internet was a joke.With children desperate to be quiet for grand parents it was ridiculously slow.

I was disappointed the TV was not a smart TV and there wasn't enough cutlery knives with only 1 knife for 2 people.
