This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property during the booking process if you plan to bring pets. Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms. Please note that a 3.5% surcharge applies for payments with American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that the property requires a AUD 100 credit card pre-authorization at time of check-in to cover any incidental charges or damage to the property. This will be released up to 7 days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.
