Aqualuna Beach Resort

My view was the best part of our short stay. No screens on the bedroom window, outside light shining in our faces all night. No bottle opener,no car park out the front needed to walk up miles of steps, no washing up clothes.2forks 2knifes. Wouldn¿t stay.

Location to surf.

Room. Fire alarm covered up and number of other things broken. Staff - older male on check out made jokes of fire alarm not working and attitude towards broken items very poor. No apology given.

two of the water taps were dysfunctional. I rang re a toothbrush charger I left behind but no one rang me back.

This place was so dirty there were cocrchies ever were and flys the place was so dirty it's was not worth the money they charged and I couldn't wait to get out of there.Even the clothes line were rusted the outside was dirty.

The apartment was great pool was good. The tennis look good with racquets but no tennis balls

Location and able to smoke on the balcony

We were in an apartment next to a resident who had visitors that parked in our designated carpark. When messaging the "staff" about the parking we were told to park anywhere it said VP or near the pool. There was a car parked in the residents carpark that was being parted out, so her guests parked in our space. This isn't acceptable considering one of our guests has mobility issues and is elderly. No locks on bedroom doors and NO door or privacy to the ensuite. Showerhead sprayed the wall and needs to be replaced. Main bedroom was musky smelling to the point it made me nauseous. The TV in the main bedtoom was broken. No lighting above stairs which is a massive safety concern. 2nd bedroom had appalling lighting as in a torch was required to find anything in our bags. No bathrooms had any fans or ventilation. The tables and chairs for the dining should be replace as rheyre damaged and falling apart. The pillows on the lounge where stained. Everything was very run-down and overpriced for the condition. The resident had left bottles all through the garden and was quite loud until late in the evening.

It was old and not well maintained. The fridge was covered in holes (like someone had smashed it repeatedly with something). The single bed in room 2 was broken, wooded headboard leaning on the bed and the feet of the bed broken. We had to adjust to make safe for my son to sleep on. The bunks were very squeaky and you could hear every move. We were unable to use the top bunk bed as there was a sign stating an extra $50 cleaning fee would be charged (I have never, even in less expensive accommodation seen this. The carpet a the lounge were so old, I didn’t want to sit on it. The pool area was very underwhelming. For $350 per night, I was expecting much more. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

The location was great, very close to the beach and peaceful area. The surroundings were nice and the resort layout felt family friendly with convenient parking.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything was good.

Location next to the beach, outdoor pool.

No staff, reception or restaurant on site. Rooms were generally clean, but had mould in places and musty smell throughout. Shower head in the main en-suite needs replacing. Cookware needs replacing. No cutlery holder present in the dishwasher. No handrails on the internal staircase seems unsafe, especially for young children or elderly guests.

It was extremely hard to locate room 79b. No one checking guests in, not permitted to make a phone call except for emergencies is very unfriendly. Lock boxes are not easy and the original guest package disappeared from my phone immediately I tried to text the staff member, so i was not able to find the code number and the arrival instructions.

Everything could have been better.

Good location, near the beach. Nice gardens, Good parking. Good air con and hot water. Pleasant balcony.

Fittings and furnishings inside the unit were all very tiered and it smelt of indian curry.Ensuite bathroom sink was blocked. Dishwasher was missing key components like rollers and cutlery tray. Sofa was very tiered and uncomfortable.

Accommodation was not value for money - very over priced. Room was tiny.

Great location. Easy parking.

Kitchen was very dirty, plates/cups/cutlery all needed to be washed again. Toaster was foul too. I wanted an extra towel, this could not be done as no staff on site. Very hard to get answers when text is the only form of communication. Very very small bed, 2 average sized adults do not fit comfortably

View was nice. Very bright room.

Tv was old and had no Netflix or any kind of streaming.. very disappointing for this day and age. Buy a new TV!!!

Great view from the 2 bed apartment and location was convenient. The staff were prompt in responding and dealing with the issues we had during our stay

On arrival the room was not cleaned properly. (Once notified the staff came and fixed the issue). The lounge was so dirty and badly stained we had to put a sheet over it. The beds were uncomfortable and could feel the springs in them. The dishwasher was broken and bottom shelf would slide.

The unit was comfortable Clean Great view and two car parks

We couldn’t find any extra blankets in the main bedroom. It was cold and the AC was blowing cool air out, turned it off because we couldn’t put it on a warm setting. Batteries were flat in one of the tv remote control.
