Lovely setting with the indoor plants and pond. Nicely maintained. Spacious apartment suite and comfortable beds

There was a smell of smoke in the apartment when we arrived which I found quite overwhelming. Not like someone had smoked in there recently but maybe a few days before or had smoked outside and returned with smoke on their clothes. I would say some air freshener provided in the suite would be good and emphasise “no smoking”.Also we were there for 3 nights so ate in a bit. We wanted coach up but there was no tea towel. Please provide a tea towel, it is an apartment with a kitchen after all!

The location

We paid for a spa suite, the room was very aged and dated , and you had to climb into the spa to have a shower the fridge didn’t work and had a terrible odour and the air conditioning didn’t work.

The staff were super, appropriately, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the bed more comfortable than the previous two hotels ive stayed in. 5 stars!

That there was no separate entrance to the pool area. It felt conspicuous walking through the lovely restaurant after being at the pool.

Stayed here a few times now. Easy parking. Nice bar and dining area. Staff always good. Bed was great. Bathroom was large.

Our one bedroom suite was not as good as we had previously experienced at this location. Although still acceptable we did have issues with air conditioning (was hard to adjust, always on so a little noisy) and leather couch cushions which wouldn't stay put when we sat. Other rooms that we stayed in previously have been outstanding but booking.com/hotel have reduced the number of photos so that you can't tell which room you are getting.

Although this is the service appartment but they’re provided the room cleaning service during stay. Parking inside the premises

The room quite old, the bathroom does not have any ventilation

The mattress needed replacing or turning, too soft but also one side of the mattress more collapsed than other.

Beautiful atrium for dinner and breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, free easy parking and speedy check-in with friendly staff.

We were told that we couldn't have room service at all on Friday night as they "ran out of food" Have never experienced this before and we travel alot.Staff in kitchen were rude and abrupt.Location not great, but we knew that going in.

Noisy airconditoning, malfunctioned air came out too fast in bedroom day 1 air too dry unable to sleep without window fully open.Room had been partial repainted on the day of occupation in our relocated room day 2, fumes were unpleasant but not unbearable.

The breakfast and facilities of the property were excellent. However the cooling system was poor, our room remained very warm even with the air conditioning set at the lowest temperature that we could set. A staff member put a fan in our room which considerately helped.

Inability to cool the room.

Easy Parking. Comfortable beds. Good location. Room a good size and the sitting areas outside the room were very relaxing amongst the greenery.

The bathroom didn’t feel clean. The shower curtain was old and dirty and there were a couple hairs in the bathtub which really wasn’t nice!!

Good food in quiet surroundings. Parking easy.

The male receptionist could not write our room number clearly. I had to return and ask what he had scribbled. He did not apologise. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable.

Clean handy and cheap rate

Paid for a steak at the restaurant which was expensive and not nice. Did not enjoy the meal
