My Cabin was a bit 'tired' and could do with a bit of 'freshen up'.

Ease of use. Safe. We did laundry which was convenient.

The kids enjoyed the pool and the room was functional. Friendly staff.

But beyond that it really was not great. The kids bunk beds were so tiny that it was like being in an MRI machine. The room was not very clean…

The reception staff on the second day were excellent as I had to extend my stay by 2 extra days.

I supposedly had an upgrade from a room with full cooking facilities to a basic motel room with a bar fridge and no cooking facilities. The reception person on day 1 confirmed breakfast was included, however the next morning when I went for breakfast the restaurant was closed for breakfast until further notice, had to organize my own. the extra 2 days a breakfast pack was provided consisting of cereal, bread, milk, an apple, cake and spreads and fruit juice, could not make toast though as no toaster in the room.

A little overpriced for the quality of the room, car park was away from room.

The location was excellent and the rooms very comfortable if a little tired. The restaurant was the best we experienced: terrific breakfast and clearly a great chef as the evening meals were great with hard-working and friendly cheerful staff. All in all a great stay.

Maybe rooms will need a little refreshing some time but nothing that marred the stay.

restaurant service was great - meal as lacking ( medium well steak was served rare and eggs were an over cooked blob on the plate) when complained they refunded 50% of the meal cost.

The beds are old and very low to the floor.

We had some issues at the start of our stay in the cabin, with guests next door. The cabin was very run down and needs a lot of maintenance, overpriced is an understatement. But the manager did all she could to amend the issue and made sure the rest of stay was comfortable. The rest of our stay there was great, the staff were friendly, room was clean and drinks & food were great. Thanks for to the manager for making sure we had a good time.

The room was old but fully equipped and they upgraded us to a fully cooked breakfast so that was very much appreciated. The restaurant did nice meals.

Disgusting and felt unsafe

No ladder in the room for bunk bed, shower leaking bathroom sink clogging up, broken dial on cook top, spa area was all broken very dangerous. Has this place been inspected for being compliant with all safety issues.

A beautiful oasis on the outskirts of Katherine. Having a restaurant was great as you didnt have to leave property for breakfast and dinner.

The unit is old. The curtains and all interior goods need to be replaced.

Room was very old, bathroom needs cleaning & fixing, paint coming off door & walls. Tiling needs major repairs. Kitchen area very basic but okay for a few nights except cutting board was very very stained, there was no way you would use it to cut food on.Smoking allowed on verandahs outside rooms & with all the rooms adjoining one another it was impossible to get away from. You can hear everything going on in the next room. The pool area looks nothing like the photos.

The location was good and the external grounds of the property are lovely. The pool was great and the buffet breakfast was good. The restaurant was good overall but quite pricey for the quality and what was offered.

This was one of the most expensive accommodations that we stayed in during our one month trip, but it was very disappointing. The room was tired and rundown, particularly the bathroom. We booked an executive room about 6 months in advance of our trip and were placed in a family room with no explanation. This room had extra space being taken up by extra beds, including a double bunk, and did not have the expected ambience of a spacious executive room. When we asked about it, after checking into our room, reception talked around in circles about possible reasons and tried to tell us we were actually getting a better deal because we had more beds and that was the only difference between the rooms. As it turned out the extra beds were needed because the queen bed was so old and soft that 2 people immediately rolled into each other. I had to sleep apart from my husband in the double bed because the bed was so bad. The double bed also had no support and I had a bad 2 nights of sleep waking with a sore back. The cleaning of the room was average with surfaces/floor/ wardrobe space not properly cleaned. At the restaurant on the first night we were not greeted very well because it was closer to kitchen closing time, even though we arrived 20 mins before the time that we were told by reception that we could order dinner until. I am not sure what our garden view was that was advertised for the room we booked, because the only view we had was the car park.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated that breakfast was included. However, we did notice a concern during the breakfast service—one of the trays had a moth in it, and it appeared to have been there for about 15 minutes before we informed the staff. It would be helpful if the breakfast trays were checked more regularly during the service period to ensure food quality and hygiene. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

While our stay was generally comfortable and the room was clean, we were concerned about the lack of security at the property. During breakfast, we observed a boy around 12 or 13 years old walking through the restaurant and then heading to the smoking area, where he was checking ashtrays and taking cigarette butts. As we were leaving, we saw him and another boy swimming in the pool, and later walking off the property as we checked out.They did not appear to be guests, and their behavior raised some concerns. Given the number of vehicle thefts happening in the area, it may only be a matter of time before this property is targeted, especially since there’s no security gate or visible monitoring. We recommend the management consider adding some form of access control or security presence to ensure guest safety and property protection.I think that the room was pretty average for the price we paid.

Great location. Lovely pool.

We would have been happy with clean and friendly, but the floor in the cabin had not been cleaned, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to open all the windows to improve it - but it was really unpleasant. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful.

Restaurant great food. Hotel very secure in north part of town.

In restaurant had cover version cd of Weeknd on loop.
