Dripping bathroom tap, shower over bath, sofa bed uncomfortable to sit on, window cracked and filthy

The staff were excellent Security guy Mo was great.

It seemed at every morning at about 5am everyone on the floor just opened and closed their doors repeatedly. There was no rhyme or reason for it. The venue itself isnt to blame but the sound resonated through the entire floor.

Good location

Wifi wasn’t working, when told we were offered complimentary buffet breakfast, we were in a hurry so they offered it on next stay. When reminded they refused to honour this offer.

This place was great, clean and comfortable, right next to maccas, hotel puts on a fantastic buffet breakfast , its close to service stations and the link to the highway.

This place is great no complaints

We stayed there few times because we love the location and the staff .It will be amazing if they update their bathrooms .

Outdated bathroom

Convenient location. Lovely staff.

Room was far from clean, lots of thick dust in “hidden” places like tops of PowerPoints and skirting boards. Was also hot and stuffy because the fresh air vent was blocked with thick dust.

Shower over bath. Nothing in mini fridge. Lighting poor.

Good accommodation for a short stay. Customer service was amazing, staff even offered to put on a BBQ for our group of 10 kids that were playing in the pool. Buffet breakfast was also great!

We made a last-minute booking due to a family emergency, and the staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Natasha, who greeted us at reception and was so friendly and welcoming.

Nothing in particular, though improving the lighting inside the room could enhance the overall experience.

Very dated bathrooms and the toilet leaked all night

The bed was comfortable

It’s very run down, saw cockroaches. On our first night had to ask reception to have someone clean our bathroom basin as it had dirt and mould around the tap. The bath had the enamel peeled off. There was a knife outside a room for two full days before someone decided to pick it up. Staff member was sitting on the lounge near reception with her thongs off and feet on the lounge, which I found disgusting.

I didn't have breakfast

Room was dingy. Could do with updating and new furniture. Getting coffee bags and milk was a problem. Not enough in my room.I didn't feel particularly safe in the hotel .

The facilities is VERY OLD THE CEANING VERY BAD JUDt changed the TOWELS NO VACUUM THE WHOLE time we STAYED

Bed was very comfy.

I got a free upgrade to a king spa room. I had to climb in and out a big spa bath to have a shower. Not happy.

Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient.

Food service staff were distracted (on their phones) and disinterested. Room fittings were not up to the standard I have experienced at other Rydges locations I have stayed in. Room poorly lit and in need of refurbishing. Bathroom fittings damaged, enamel worn off the bath, very poor water pressure.

Messy swimming pool, I can hear the road traffic from my room.
