Watch your card statements for fraud. Over $300 stolen and they ignored all complaints.
Fraudulent charges over $300 and hotel did nothing anout it even with claims submitted to BBB. Watch uour card statements. This hotel cares nothing about customer concerns
They staff poeple who make fradulenrlt charges on your credit card and ignore any complaints. Ignored BBB COMPLAINTS AND NEVER REACHED OUT TO FIX THE ISSUES. Complete disregard for complaints.

Fraudulent charges placed on credit card. After various complaints the hotel ignored all requests to fix the issue. Total disregard for staff tgeft on customer accounts. Thieves and frauds.
Book at your own risk. Watch your credit statements for fraudulent charges made by staff. Small vlaims was my next chouce. Over $309 stolen and nothing was done about it watch your bank starenenrs.

Excellent hotel
I loved this hotel. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and very clean. The staff were all extremly nice and welcoming. I loved my stay.
