New Kansan Motel

Access in and out and the ease of parking. The free wifi.

Manager¿s apartment where I had to sign in was filthy with piles of clothes everywhere and plates of uneaten food left. Service cart for the rooms did not inspire confidence with filthy rags piled up. Bed was clean. Discovered the floor was filthy.

The television signal was very weak and some network stations didn't even come in. When watching, even the channels we got faded out. Manager tried to repair (I do give him credit) but nothing he did improved the situation. He ended up giving me a $20 dis

Close to destination, easy to find.

Parking is very difficult.

Flat screen TV on the wall, newer carpet. But really the place was so dirty that any positive remarks don't mean anything.

It was so so dirty! There was a toe nail on the floor, the box spring and mattress had nasty stains, the shower stank of urine with mold on the shower curtain! Why bother putting in a flat screen and leave a moldy shower curtain!?

Great location on Historic Route 66

Interestingly enough people were shoveling gravel in the wee hours of the morning (5am) on Saturday right under our window.

These people have been family to me this past month. They've helped me more than they know. I would stay here every time. I'm in need of a room. I just got out of the hospital they had no idea what happened to me. When I got back minutes ago they had my things here for me. All my property is here. I worried they would have to toss it out and they kept it safe. Thank heavens they care like they do. Thank you everyone who works here. Bless all of you. Your friend Kelly P

I paid for 2 nights but hotel did not remind the guest of that and kicked her out after 1 night.

It was close to my house. That was the point for me to have my mom close to my home .

Alot of suspicious activity going on when I went back to check in on my guest i booked the room for later that night. Sad that in our beautiful city stuff like this goes on.

No one bothered me. I’m in need of peace and quiet that’s what I got. Thank you so much. Going to stay a few more days.

No one there to check in. TV in initial room not work. Moved to another room and TV still not work. Floors hadn't been cleaned in seemingly weeks

Easy to get to. Free parking. Close to shopping and other venues.

There was a strong smell of cleaning supplies.

The only good thing it was close to the work site.

The room was very dirty. The floor was sticky, so I whipped it up with a towel and the towel was black. There was no soap or washcloths in the room. There were ants and on the 4th evening I found them-in my retainer case. We checked out that night. 2 days early. I will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing except the fact that the room was fairly large. The person at the office was a nice man trying to help us the best he could.

It is a rundown motel with old furniture, dirty carpeting, damaged walls, very poor quality mattress. One of us could not sleep on the sofa bed (the mattress hurt her back) and ended up sleeping in the larger bed with us. On top of that the price was high compared to what we got for our money. Avoid this place any cost. I was very surprised that Booking.com put such a bad quality motel in their list.
