Parking near our room was very limited. We have handi-cap restrictions. and sometimes parking was difficult.

saw cockroaches on premises & water had to be shutoff in our building & pool for several hours

Right on the golf course and close to family and all that Scottsdale has to offer

We were put in building 8, which has no parking or access to the entrance. We had to walk a long distance to get to our car. They offer golf carts, but we would have to wait and then tip. Thank goodness we are active, but it was really inconvenient.

Parking could be better for the rooms further from the lobby, but the bell kart service was convenient enough.

The room is amazing! It had lots of space, almost a full on kitchenette, the layout was so cool, it was a perfect stay for me and my husband!!

No frills, well-appointed, practical, clean and great value. The unit is a little bit dated, but all amenities needed were there.

I would not have booked a hotel where the pool was closed down had I known. It was 106 degrees. My husband also couldn?t golf as they were overseeding. I would have chosen a different location.

The rooms are very dated. Furniture is old, Kitchen is impossible. As mentioned the parking is very inconvenient. We used the shuttle but response time was slow and I felt I had to tip them every time, which mounted up.

Getting the resort experience for a very reasonable price range. Beautiful setting and close to my business location for a week. If you are a golfer, this would be perfect for you.

Facility was old but clean. Situated on the course. Food was good.

Clerk gave us a key to an occupied room! We walked in on an old lady! The patio's are seperated by a short wall, no privacy. Next door chain smokers were loud the smell permeated our room. The fan in the bath smelled like a burning hair dryer.

Everything! It was very comfortable and nice. Pleasantly surprised there was live music in the bar on Saturday night; hard to find anything to complain about.

Extra thin toilet paper; microwave oven was under the counter.

Customer service, very friendly. Clean. Despite not having sufficient parking, the staff was very quick to transport guests to and from their units. Even taking things up the stairs for us.

Would have been a better experience if the room deposit of $250.00 was mentioned at time of booking. Room was all paid for but unfortunately I lost my credit card for the deposit and hotel wouldn't make an exception. Didn't even get past the front desk.

Great location for our needs. Very nice place for the price with some nice amenities.

We were placed in the last unit which was furthest away from nearest parking lot. It was a bit frustrating that each time we left the property it was a 5-7 minute walk to our car. More challenging when you are carrying groceries, etc in 100 degree heat.

Big and spacious, clean, quiet. Nice big bathroom with jacuzzi. Full set of silverware, plates, cups, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, full sized fridge.

It was a bit farther from Scottsdale than I would have liked - we were always 20 minutes away from anything we wanted to do. Parking was very limited close to the building. Frequently had to request a shuttle from room to car.

Friendly staff. Our room was great and we appreciated the kitchen and dishes available to us. The hotel was very quiet and we felt like we had privacy and also that we weren't disturbing other guests (we traveled with our toddler). No paper thin wallls!

From the staff to the location, to the rooms, and the cleanliness was just perfect. This resort is the ideal place for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Staff was very professional and attentive.

I loved everything especially how comfortable the beds were.
