The nearby coral reefs and marine life are a bit limited.

We are staying in that hotel every year. I like the gala dinner during NY party. Very nice staff, especially Zekra guest relation, very helpfull. She wrote to me before arrival, and prepare everything for us. I asked for 2 vine glasses, and they was already witing me in my room. Really nice hotel and amazing vibe. The cleaning service room also very good. Serenity and tranquility <3 Amazing!

I think during the day should be more relaxing music in the pool area.

The property was super clean and the food was great. The staff were so professional and accommodating especially Zekra she was super friendly and professional and helped us a lot throughout our stay.

Cleaning, lost and found (I lost gold there), pest controlling, telephone is not working, reception is not supporting

Zekra very helpfully upgraded us to a deluxe sea view which was fantastic. The outdoor shower was a dream. Everything about the room layout and decor was perfect. The reef was great to snorkel on but better outside the roped area. Spa couple massage was great.

Could do with oiling the cupboard doors so that they don’t squeak in the night. Need to stock vegan milk. The water in the roses outside the spa smelt like sewage.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A special thanks to Zekra for the warm hospitality and the great service in the shared areas. She was incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay even better.Highly recommended — I would definitely come back!

Loved the fact they had 3 pool and a private beach. Zekra was really caring and very diligent to make our stay nice and comfortable.

The location is amazing 10 minutes drive from the walk, they have a free shuttle bus to and from the walk, staff is great especially Zekra she’s such an MVP she took care of us during our entire stay, very helpful and active.Rooms have a nice vibe to them with an outdoor shower.The spa experience was pleasant as well, very friendly staff.The hotel restaurant Sails has nice food and decently priced.At last but not least the animation team are active day and night bless them always engaging with the guests by the pool at day and available for the night activities.

Everything there was amazing specially the location, the view and the cleanliness.

The room needs some renovations and maintenance.The breakfast open buffet needs some more variety of options.

Big thank to zekra from guest relations for her hospitality and the continuously following up with us regarding everything thing in our honeymoon she was very supportive, helpful and very caring as well a shout up for the reception team the employee who checked me in was extremely helpful and informative As well the bellman’s team with gulf cars they are very optimistic and never came late to collect us from the room or even during our daily activities. Not to forget as well silvana , mr alsaid from the breakfast buffet he was very caring that everyone is satisfied As well chief ahmed hamdy for preparing my husband birthday cake so delicious Not to forget front office manager i believe his name is sameh he is real leader for hiring all these professional team. In room dining and food was perfect

Once you came here it feels like home Every one is very nice The property itself full of activities starts from the direct entrance to the beach very clean and calm moving to the 3 pools extremely tidy and organized As well the room itself more than I expected

My stay at this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. One of the staff members, Zekra, was exceptionally kind, always available, and eager to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warmth truly stood out . she deserves to be recognized and she is a real asset to the team and plays an important role in making guests feel welcome.

Everything is amazing this is our third time here and this time is very special as it is our honeymoon and we found a surprise in the room at our entrance, i’d like also to thank Zekra for the amazing hospitality

the beach and nature and only that

We’ve arrived late at night, gave us extremely dirty room and hasn’t been vacuumed even let alone wiped. When we woke up we realized the room wasn’t what we’ve booked either. Requested for a change, the guest relations promised the next room would be what we’ve booked which it was, and that it’d be clean. The picture attached was a stain behind the toilet, god knows wth that was. I can’t in good conscience come back again with this recklessness in hygiene. And the problem isn’t with the housekeeping, It’s with the upper management that absolutely does not care for cleanliness. Poor housekeeping is short staffed and treated badly by their own managment.

Staff are very helpful and cheerful, especially Zekra, she was friendly and supportive in all aspects, she made the stay even easier and more convenient.
