Location is relatively close to the Train station, with lots of restaurants around.

It's two single bed puts together with a gap, not a double/king bed

Breakfast is really bad. Many food are not fresh, feeling like kept for days. While breakfast is very expensive.At night, a lot of young people shouting downstairs in the square and till after midnight.

Bed was too soft not comfortable in my opinion and I was hearing people exiting and entering from the fire exit and it was annoying

At the reception you are greeted by friendly hotel staff, which gives you a charge of good energy for the whole day. Clean and comfortable rooms. It is a 3-minute walk from the railway station, the hotel is in a great location.

We liked the secure lift. We like the convenient restaurant downstairs. Bedding is clean. There is space to hang up coats and space to accommodate the suitcase. Breakfast: hot food available.

We booked a suite and were offered room 509. The suite needs an update. The bath is chipped. The shower is over the bath, we requested a walk in shower. The bed is two singles which move apart during the night resulting in poor sleep from worrying that we would fall through the gap. The bed has approximately 20 cm either side, so getting up in the night is a challenge - will I bang my head on the wall. Breakfast: Apple juice appeared to be water, no teabags!

Eating options - bar - Keiser restaurant - all you can eat.

Lift is slower than my mum's retirement home.

The room had all the basic necessities, towels and linen were nice and clean and the carpet was clean also. The handwash and other amenities provided were good.

The lighting in the room was very poor, if I needed to read or write I couldn't after evening. The bed and mattress were very poor. The mattress was very old and soft and it kept moving.

The room and breakfast were excellent. The staff were also very friendly and service-oriented.

There is nothing I did not like.

Room was quite old and noisy from outside. The room insulation was very low quality hence at night the room got cold as the balcony door was not in a good state. Bed was not comfortable. Need some serious look on the bed before they rent out the room. Breakfast was very basic.

The check in took longer than expected as the key wasn't working and the staff weren't aware of it. There were issue with the door access key which should have been aware by the staff. Bathroom was not clean and the towels were stinking. Very disappointing.

Rooms are poorly designed, walls were painted bare brick with no insulation , window poorly fitted, the room was very cold as the only heat was a very small wall heater which was not adequate for the size of the room and was just like warm when turned on full. Staffs attitude very poorBreakfast £19.50 each was poor , 40 min wait for bacon which when it came out was burnt and too hard to eat

the buffet breakfast was great, as well as the tasty wok restaurant.

I was expecting a separate bedroom as part of the suite. it was just one big room.

Lighting was lighting switch controlled the electrical plugs (i.e. not the light directly but the plugs to which lights were connected. This results in any chargers or medical equipment not being able to function unless you leave the light on during the night. Older hotel. Clean but in strong need of a refurb. In spite of the very friendly staff, it is absolutely overpriced.

I still think the price for the rooms are a little bit above average for the amenities it provides.

The room we originally were assigned was not ideal, however after discussions with the extremely helpful staff, we were able to get a more suitable room. The customer service staff were very friendly and helpful, and did all they could to ensure we had a great experience.

Breakfast could be improved for vegetarians by putting all the meat products in one buffet server, and keep the non-meat products in a separate one. So, eggs and baked beans together, and sausages and bacon together.

Clean room, good facilities, well stocked towels, close to public transport, room was large. Accessible with lift available. Parking opposite.
