The location is excellent. It's close to the Riverwalk, and it was quiet at night, so I slept very well.

The rooms were very spacious.
The couch in the living room area was very dirty, unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy any time in the living room area. When we first walked in the smell in the room was very unpleasant. Lastly, when I was going to boil some water there was old water in the electric jar and was very disgusting.

It's a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were kind and helpful, and everything was very clean and quiet.
My room was a bit dated, but still comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Hotel was fine for the value of it's location.
I am not happy that on Booking.com the parking is listed at $37 and the hotel charges $40.02 for parking. Parking option is valet only. Booking you need to make the change on your website. Also, in the bathroom, there is mold on the ceiling tile. The hotel needs to have a professional company come in and take care of that. Mold can become a major health issue. The pool area did not look as nice as the photo. Other than that, all was good for my stay.

The location is great, and everything is within walking distance (less than 15 minutes).
This is a very expensive city. Everything you have to purchase is expensive.
