Great service, beautiful pool! Fun to walk downtown for first Friday!

The jets in the hot tub were not my favorite

Pool and lobby areas are enjoyable (music a bit loud to take meetings). Has 2 car charger stations (despite a non charging car parking all night). Bed was very comfortable. Different pillow choices on the bed. Maintenance came quickly to fix the TV.

Toilets flush like on airplanes, super intense and loud you can hear those flushing all around. My room had adjoining door plus thin walls, noise traveled bad. Towels were old and rough like bleached gym towels. Shampoo wasn’t refilled in my room.

Had breakfast at hotel.... it was good food but our server wasn't very attentive to serving us AT ALL.....

Terrific famiky hotel with lots of opportunities to engage kids. Fantastic remidel that feels modern but accessible. First class, friendly, professional staff.

Way overpriced on weekends. Not worth $---. Maybe $---. I would never stay here for that price again - it's not worth it. The room was incredibly small and you can't use the closet while someone else is opening the bathroom sliding door.

My room iron wasn?t working but the staff happily and quickly swapped it out.

I loved the wood elements and the picture images on the wall that looked like multiple mirror dimensions. So different from the surf - bringing in the woods/forest that are so close to the ocean as well.

Yes, the bathtub/shower was not safe. It was too slippery, and I fell and was hurt. I requested a mat from the front desk, and it was still slippery after use. If an elderly or intoxicated person enters, they will get hurt in that shower.

The restaurant was exceptional, and the pool area is lovely.

Parking was $25, but was free right next to the hotel on the street.

The staff at the bar was friendly.

I'm not sure how this hotel got a four star rating. I paid over $---for a room that had no hot water, peeling wall paper, and scuffed up furniture. I was looking for a four star experience. This was a one star!

Room was kind of small, next to elevator so heard the noise all night.

Friendly Staff and the lighting and lobby were really cool. Bed was very comfortable and for being an outside room it was quiet.

There is not a free breakfast, you are charged for parking and the wallpaper was coming off the bathroom wall near the toilet. We asked for an ADA room with a tub and got the tub but there were no bars in the bathroom so not ADA.

The food and drink service at the heated pool was great. The supervisor we talked to out at the pool was a very professional and you could tell why he managed such a nice hotel. Will be back forsure!

Inconsistency with drinks and food. Staff was not fully aware of menu. I got the same drink twice, 1st one was amazing- second time around not good. Front desk staff was fantastic

The room was very comfortable.

The bar and restaurant! When I arrived I was looking forward to a cold beer after a long drive. There were 2 customers that were ordering. 2 employees at the bar. I sat with a menu, ready to order. Was ignored for over 10 min. Finally just left.
