Lots of room for improving the breakfast.Staff should be knowledgeable enough to solve minor problems immediately.First day I complained about heating system and the staff initially refused to fix the problem due to the absence of maintenance personnel on Sunday. It was more than 4 hours until one the staff member came and fixed the problem in less than a minute.

I like the locations and the room facilities with the coffee and tea are brilliant!

The smell of the room is a bit off but very minor

the Young lady on reception was dealing with customer on our arrival, He wanted a room for four nights, he had a credit card but could not provide ID, so he had to look for an alternative hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor and was comfortable and quiet.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the car park was very expensive and dirty. On our return to our car there were down and outs sleeping in the lift, so we had to drag our cases upstairs.

Noise all night can’t sleep it’s a nigh club next to the hotel shouting and screaming all night bad experience

Good location

I booked a double room. I looked on booking.com and saw I had been allocated a disabled room. I’ve stayed in a disabled room before and it was terrible. I called the hotel twice and asked to be allocated a standard double room. They said no. The disabled room had stupidly high beds and a disgusting bathroom. Why was an allocated this room when I booked ages ago and asked for a double?? I won’t be booking this hotel again. Ever.

Close to car park. Easy sign in. Breakfast was very good.

Room took a long time to warm up.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean spacious and comfortable. The bar area was lovely and had a great drink selection.

The noise of outside was terrible. I know that's not the hotels fault but I probably wouldn't stay here again. There was music so loud it sounded like a street party, people screaming shouting etc until around 5am. Sleep was very broken because of this. The people next door to us were talking so loud and stomping about at 6am. Unsure if residents or cleaners.

All the staff members I encountered were lonely

The bathroom was completely outdated and not what I would say is clean. Needs updating

Rooms a bit basic and sparce.. tiny TV. Small bed in a large room.. could do with more pillow softness variety and no toilet brush.

Excellent location. Easy walk from railway station, to theatre, city centre & more. Everything worked.Just enough room for everything.Helpful staff

Room was fine, spacious and heating worked well. Location was good if you want to be near the city centre. Breakfast a bit dull, not much fruit, limited cereal selection. Cooked breakfast was ok. Staff very helpful.

Breakfast needed a bit more fruit and cereal choice.

Great central location near city centre. Comfortable Good house keeping Breakfast is good

In general the property is good, however in the room there wasn’t enough lighting, night light was not working. There was no centre table, only one chair. There was no proper wardrobe in the room, no slippers. No apple juice and the orange juice was not good, it did not taste good and did not look like orange juice. It looked it like it was in the machine a really long time. Alongside this there was not any raisins with the cereal and no dry fruit. There wasn’t much vegetarian options.

Good location with easy access to nearby NCP carpark. Friendly helpful staff and rooms are a good standard

Bed wasn't the most comfortable and felt like it was leaning slightly

Love staying here. However over Christmas NY, I had someone force entry into 210 whilst I was out for the day, and never discovered why. But was given 705 for the night, and added Safety, as someone else's key card was in Light pocket, but nothing taken? Then overnight, another key card arrived and all lights left on?This time in 408 previous Occupant had preset the TV to come on, full volume at 07:00 each day, lol. So always a fun time

Friendly, welcoming staff and a very nice room with comfortable bed and good amenities. Located in city centre, close to the train station.

Nothing to dislike about it.
