Hotel room had a nice big window

The water pressure felt like bullets….The elevators had a lot of issues

Distance from my event

They gave me a room with only one bed when I booked a room with two rooms and then said there were none available and would give me a roll away bed. I went and talked with someone and then I was able to get a room two.

The view from the room

Almost everything! The hotel was old, outdated, gross, the room was terribly drab, ugly and smelled like smoke.

Great seafood in the Oster Bar with a happy hour from 4-6pm. Half price wine and many other low price menu items. Free parking.

Maid service is on request only. High resort fee for what you get. Sign at hot tub said no one under 14 allowed. We arrived and it was full of small children. When I asked the attendant about their policy she just smiled and said they don't enforce it?

We pick especially for the Tesla chargers and the cars never moved all night so we had to end up going somewhere else took hour out of travel

Indoor pool and location

Stained shower curtains, bad cooling/heating system, the room was beating up stains in the carpet, dusty trash under things, chipped mirror, head board.

Close to airport

We never got our room cleaned and never got fresh towels, when I called the girl at the front counter was beyond rude

Not the correct star level. They also have extra fees no one tells you about.

Nobody working there. They claimed room service but that's not the case. Waited for almost 30 min at the check in with no one around

It was easy to find right off the freeway. It had the gun show for my husband and gambling for me. Liked Rosie eating place.

Our room had a large picture that the glass on it had been shattered but was not replaced. I let the desk know of it the next morning before our second night's stay. I also let them know to tighten the toilet seat. A cleaner probably wouldn't know this.

Bell hop was very friendly.

The check in clerk was not knowledgeable nor friendly nor informative

Leaving

If you don't mind the constant railway noise, the freeway noise, the airplane takeoff noise, 3 or 5 elevators not working, the rudeness of ALL the staff at every point, the terminal wait times for valet parking then this place is probably for you.

Not Much

Elevators not working. Wait of 20 minutes. Front desk dismissed my concern with being stuck on the 27th floor. Told me to "take the stairs" with my knee injury. Heaps of road noise. Shower had Very weak flow. Resort fee is $45! I will not stay here again.

I wish it had a no smoking bar be farther from the casino entrance becouse of the nicotine smell.

Resort side room with queen beds was excellent, very spacious for the little ones to roam around a bit

They put us in a room away from ice machine, elevator, most noise

Our neighbors, were loud,you could hear them very clearly thru the common door ghat old hotel rooms have in common. The mattresses were sagging.

Nothing, it was a throwback from the 1970s. Everything was dirty the air was almost done breathable in every spot of the hotel it was rancid. They're only two places to eat One upscale steak place and another low level Chinese American fusion nightmare.

What was there to like the air was merciless, the air in my room was not as toxic as the rest of the hotel. The hotel room was actually average but that was fine with me. But everything else was a toxic nightmare. They should blow it up and start fresh

I didnt like rhat I was charged an additional 100 once I arrived. My wife is sick and this wasn't in my budget but what was i to don4 hrs from home.

Rooms are nice, the pool is amazing and the Casino was blast.
