Pros +
- We stayed under group reservation for tournament. Pricing was redic especially for the hotel.
- The pool and hotter had wonderful hours of operation.
- The chophouse restaurant is a good restuarant with good food....
Cons -
- The smoke smell was awful even on the 26th floor. we were so uncomfortable and all have coughs and sore throats and the inside of our nostrils were black. Casino was not nearly as nice as others.
- The check in process was difficult, but I did get in st c3am
- Resort fee?...do not clean room. Manager on staff front desk..was horrible..was extending 4 rooms ...tried to keep same and they would not do it....occupancy 30%..one was suite. Staff seems trained to tell you it is not their job. 2 days to get laundry
