it's a 4star hotel in ANN ARBOR they need more QC on their food potatoes not cooked enough several rms orders involved had to call kitchen to delivery dressing for salad butter for lobsters breadbaskets kitchen up yr game

The room was beautiful! The bathroom was amazing with a heated bidet toilet seat, multiple shower heads and Bose speakers with Bluetooth mirror! This room certainly exceeded our expectations!

The location is on the western outskirts of central Ann Arbor. It's a short ride by car to UM, Ann Arbor central and the UM Med Center.

There is a 15% charge added to the initial bill. It's used to cover room service requests. It is removed on our final bill, if you do not use room service. Not expecting or understanding the policy and how it operated can be a bit disconcerting.

Love the restaurant and bar on site. Delicious and convenient. Committed to following Covid 19 policies. Pool area nice. Stayed in non-renovated room, clearly stated online. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff

The walkout door to the pool and room service. The bathroom was very nice.

The room service dishes were a little dingy, like detergent film. Food prices were a little high for what you get.

Location was great for Ann Arbor visit.

First room assigned was by elevators and ice machine, so asked for new room. Was reassigned, but last nite of my stay, the hotel hosted a wedding and dance. The music from the Grand Ballroom, was so loud that I called down and complained.

Location. Restaurant. Bar. Live Music. The 'Deluxe Rooms' make this property a Four Star Hotel.

The hotel rooms by the pool area are not modern rooms, poor views (like looking out a basement window), even numbered rooms are located by a noisy AC / Heat system. Requested ANY room 'near the lobby' - got the far away cheap cost room anyway. :-(.

Bed was very comfy, lots of parking, staff was very nice.

Only tiny complaint is that the bathroom was very small.

Location. Modern Bathroom in Room. Great restaurant. Live music in bar every night.

That I only had to stay one night there.

The rooms are small, and the bathroom was minuscule and very outdated. In the morning I was awoken by rattling water pipes at 5:30am that were so loud you could barely talk over them, and the bathroom was flooded from water dripping from the ceiling vent.

The food was good. The staff was very friendly. The kids had fun swimming and playing arcade games.

Great value. Great location. Very clean. Very good staff. Very good restaurant on site. Cannot ask for more.

Price and friendly staff. I didn't eat at the Weber restaurant but there are some great restaurants nearby.

No complimentary breakfast but we found two neat family owned breakfast spots nearby.

Updated rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Check-in staff very courteous. Nice bar and restaurant on site

The room needed updating. The bathroom was so cramped and crowded. At least put a curved shower rod and a soft curtain to allow the feeling of more space in the shower. I won't stay in these discounted rooms again. Lesson learned.
