- It¿s not a corporate master planned location.
- front desk staff other staff members THE POOL AREA
- The room was beautiful! The bathroom was amazing with a heated bidet toilet seat, multiple shower heads and Bose speakers with Bluetooth mirror! This room certainly exceeded our expectations!
Cons -
- it's a 4star hotel in ANN ARBOR they need more QC on their food potatoes not cooked enough several rms orders involved had to call kitchen to delivery dressing for salad butter for lobsters breadbaskets kitchen up yr game
- No. We enjoyed everything.
- There is a 15% charge added to the initial bill. It's used to cover room service requests. It is removed on our final bill, if you do not use room service. Not expecting or understanding the policy and how it operated can be a bit disconcerting.
