Good accommodations for price. Room on the back 3rdfloor wasn't noisy. Excellent staff- prepared our breakfast before 6am shuttle. Fridge and microwave in room. We liked this non-smoking hotel and will stay again when we want to be close to SFO airport.
Airport shuttle only runs once an hour (and not midday) and can get off schedule a bit. It was worth the wait.

Room was clean, comfortable with mini fridge & microwave. I asked & got upgrade to the back side away from traffic noise. Breakfast opens at 6am but they offered it 15 minutes early for 2 parties who took the 6 am shuttle to the airport, which was great.
Airport shuttle was 15 minutes later than expected in late afternoon at SFO. Probably just traffic.

It was a bed for the night and the family that ran it were friendly
This is NOT a 3.5star hotel. At best it is a 2.5 star. I had to change rooms 3 times- lights went out on the first, 2nd one the door didn't open. No hot water for a shower, no fitness centre which all 3.5 star hotels have and the breakfast was dreadful.
